This hotel is excellent! The service is great, and it's excellent value for money. Although the rooms are a bit small, I still highly recommend it. Mr. Hasegawa at the front desk was a huge help and very enthusiastic. Definitely a five-star rating for this hotel! The location is also very good.

It was a little dated and tired, but it had the feel of a classic hotel. The aircon only had one setting, heat and it made it to be really stuffy in the room.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a variety of great food options right next door. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also delicious. The service was attentive, and transportation was very convenient. Overall, a great experience! 👍

Just next to Aeon, Isetan and bus terminal!!. However 8minutes walk from nearest train station. Staffs could not really understand English. Breakfast is good and comfortable, more to Japanese style breakfast.

The rooms were a bit dated, but clean and spacious. The small drying rack for business travelers was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were efficient, even faster than at the Grand Hotel Tokyo.

Enjoyed my stay here I had a single standard room small room good price has everything you need. Located right in the city many food shops and izakaya restaurants around about a 10-minute walk from the main train station. I enjoyed my stay :)

Not good experience

Nice Location

I accidentally booked a smoking room, but they changed it to a non-smoking room. I'm very grateful for their assistance.

The hotel is a little far from Niigata Station, about a 15-minute walk, and the interior is a little dated. However, since it was a room-only stay, it was perfectly fine.

As other reviews have said, the breakfast here was delicious, and the French toast and omelettes were top-notch. It's also convenient for getting around Niigata city, and the prices are reasonable. It's old, but we liked the retro feel. The exterior, which reminded us of a large cruise ship, was also nice.
