The hotel is very well located at the end of the trendy shopping street where there are also many restaurants, close to Grote Markt, Waal quay, Kronenburger park. Our room was apparently being renovated because there was a penetrating paint smell and paint traces on the bathroom floor that had not yet been removed. Had to connect TV and reinstall.
Maybe details for some but should be fine.

Very nice authentic hotel, with a nice location at the beginning of the city close to the train and parking. Room was nice and spacious and clean. Breakfast was unfortunately not available. But in the street itself you have plenty of nice options for breakfast

This hotel was a major letdown for me. Considering the price, I had at least expected a clean room. Although it had a nice-looking, old-fashioned style, my room was unfortunately filthy. To be honest, it was truly disgusting. I discovered a dozen human hairs on the bed sheets, the bathroom was stained from the previous guest, and the toilet had traces of feces(!!). Adding to my disappointment, the reception was closed when I arrived around 9:30 pm, so I had to call a phone number to gain entry (they only answered after my second call). I found my key card at the front desk, with nobody available to address my concerns about the dirty room. It felt like I had no choice but to reluctantly accept it and sleep in already-used bed sheets. Absolutely revolting! I will never stay here again!

Bed was soft but comfortable as were the pillows. We were handed the key cards by a man sitting outside the hotel who then disappeared no staff in evidence till following morning. Safe in room was locked. Right in the pedestrian centre so unable to drive to the hotel. Parking in public car park 5 mins walk away. Charges only from 9am to 9pm. We arrived 7pm and overnight cast 10cents. Fine for an overnight stay. Despite being central the rooms were quiet.

"Hotel" without reception, no breakfast place you have to go outside, no place to safely store lugage for early or late arrival. At arrival you have to wait outside and call to get in, realy nice when it rains. Also skme issues with room cleaning.

It all looks nice in the photos, but in reality it is very disappointing: the entrance to the hotel is beautiful and so is the room itself, but that's about it because there is minimal comfort in the facilities and it was cold and dusty. In addition, the towels did not smell fresh and there was no remote control to turn on the heater. Everything was super basic; not even a cupboard to store your clothes in and the soap was minimal. The staff was very nice and understood our complaints. This hotel is way too pricey for the quality it cannot deliver. As far as we are concerned it is a two star hotel, it is really nothing more than that.

The location is perfect but the room was not clean. Clouds of dust on the floor, dust on bedside tables and dishes. Pillowcase was not clean. Friends' room was also not clean. Too bad because the room itself was fine. A coat rack for (winter) coats would also have been useful.
