Welcome to KVN — a rare, private villa retreat in Nikko, set on a spacious 3,000 m² estate with only two villas on the entire property. Located within 800 meters of Nikko Station, it’s close enough for effortless access—yet once you step inside the grounds, it feels like your own quiet sanctuary, far from the noise.
Each villa hosts up to 4 guests, designed for couples, close friends, or families who value space, comfort, and privacy. One of KVN’s signature features is the garden’s magnificent century-old cherry tree—a true local treasure. On the right morning, you can simply stay in bed and take in its presence, with birdsongs as your natural alarm. The garden often welcomes strolling cats, and if you’re lucky, you may even spot a deer passing through.
All-weather BBQ, made easy
Our BBQ area is set under a covered gazebo with table seating, so you can enjoy grilling even on rainy or snowy days. We provide charcoal and fire starters free of charge.
You’re welcome to bring your own—there’s a large supermarket just 3 minutes away by car: Lion D’or Nikko (リオン・ドール 日光店).
