Breakfast was good. Private Airbath onsen was amazing. They provide all amenities including pyjamas. It has river views. Staff was okay. Big premium rooms are smoking ones. I believe they are doing their best to remove the smoking smell from previous usages but unfortunately there is still minor smell.. I did not mind but my girlfriend did mind. We specifically selected non-smoking room from trip.com so we got half reimbursement for that after contacting to them so I have no complaint. We could not catch the dinner which ends at 20:30. Overall that was fine.
