The room is big and comfortable. The view from the hotel also excellent. The downside is that there is check in timing (last check in is 1800) and there is no any other shop around the hotel so it is the best to add on dinner. The dinner taste still can be acceptable.

Very good hospitality and good food. The ryokan is a little old and the area of Kinugawa really gives you the feel of a city past its prime. However the staff were very friendly and it’s well maintained

The location is good but I could smell the mold indoors probably due to bad ventilation. The neighborhood is of few stores and a little bit inconvenient if you’re don’t have meal packages. The outdoor onsen is fine though

A Japanese hot spring hotel that exceeded expectations, located diagonally opposite Kinugawa Park Station, looks old, but clean and tidy, with fresh air around, a small garden, an open-air hot spring, and great meals! The service of the old ladies is amazing!

It was great! However, there are no restaurants or convenience stores near the inn, so I recommend going by car ☺️ Taxis stop being available after about 10:30pm!
