Fairfield by Marriott Tochigi Nikko

Looks like a brand new hotel! You can use the kitchen on the ground floor - coffee machine, oven, micro wave, ice, and a table to eat. Just didn’t like the bathing area with see through glass door.

Pleasant stay. Hotel is kind of near top of the hill. There’s a pantry by the lobby and also a dining table. Coffee bean machine which is great. There is no restaurant for breakfast. Have to use coupon to redeem breakfast from reception. Japanese breakfast, cold. But there is a food truck outside the hotel which is convenient for hot breakfast like toast. So far room is cozy and water shower pressure is good. Some stains on the wall in the toilet.

Overall stay was great. Rooms are neat n clean. I like the atmosphere here relaxed. Carpark is free A beautiful place to stay

Great customer service with very modern and clean amenities, price is decent but it is a bit far from the central of Nikko. There are free tea, coffee and instant miso soup available at the communal area/ lobby. The room is very clean, well designed with a nice garden view. I really enjoy my stay there, would recommend to my friends and family.

Lovely hotel. The female receptionist is so kind. It is a little far from the station and main roads, but ok if you have a car. The shower and bed was excellent. It has free tea and coffee but you need to buy your own breakfast things from 7/11. Most outside breakfast places open at 9am or 10am and were nothing special. There is an excellent steak place 400m uphill from the restaurant, but you need the reception to make a booking. It is very expensive, but extremely high quality. The Italian downtown is fab. Try the carbonara, salad, gnocchi, duck and tiramisu. Next to it is an excellent sushi place called Komekichi Kouzushi which is great, but the Italian restaurant was the winner.

A pleasant stay at this quiet and clean hotel. Plenty of free parking slots available, and 2-3 min drive from the town, plenty of F&B options surrounding with easy access by driving. The staff are very friendly and professional, with small DIY kitchen for a quick meal or coffee. Rooms are reasonably spacious and clean, quite.

Slightly out of the way but hotel was comfortable. Would be better if there were more shuttle bus timings though. Staff were nice especially kikuchi! He went above and beyond to ensure that we made it in time so we could purchase what we needed

Loved the overall vibe of the hotel, new, modern, and stylish. While the room felt a bit small to me, it was comfortable and well designed. Overall, a great stay with no other complaints.
