Really perfect!! We love the location and easy access to places if you have a car…The room was really nice, clean and recommended for everyone to stay at! We had a really great time here.

Got the room with free beer! It was fun except it took us awhile to figure out how to use the beer machine. Amenity are good. Would go back again.

It was a generally lovely place. The bathroom was also user-friendly, which was a plus. Though it's on me, I got a bit lost driving around outside because the parking instructions weren't very clear, haha.

We had a very relaxing one-night stay as a family. We checked in after visiting Saru Land and enjoying the hot springs, but the bath here was also very pleasant, and the room was clean and lovely.

Nice place. The shower and toilet are on the different end of the room. The kitchenette is well equipped. Room can get cold as only one heater. Quite a distance to walk to the main town centre. Nearby there is a 7-eleven.

Couldn't comment on the service as it is a self check in but overall, it's a good stay with Onsen and even can have our mini bbq under the cold weather. I will go back again if I visit next time.

Do not ever stay in this hotel! I will give 0 star if 0 is available. 1stly, the hotel is far from station and the surroundings are in pitch dark if you check in abit later or go out to eat dinner. There is practically nothing in the vicinity. Super super unsafe. Secondly, the check-in is a big joke. Tried the given PIN number, didn’t work. Had to call the hotel hotline, got the PIN number, also didn’t work. And they expect us to stand there in pitch dark to wait to retry again. Seeing how unsafe the vicinity is, we gave up n went to check in another hotel, Nikko Park Lodge Hotel - abit old but just opposite the station, so convenient. Sorry but Rakuten stay is huge no no.
