房間寬敞明亮，設施設備齊全，熱水充足，房間衞生乾淨，環境不錯離城中心1㎞左右，周邊商圈熱鬧，吃東西方便，服務態度很好，特別是保安王師傅，熱情介紹尼勒克縣的遊玩路線和景點，非常不錯的一次住宿感受！

差差差！！！前台服務態度差！房間內衞生差！！ 床單都沒換 留有毛髮還有污漬！！ 巨噁心 有史以來住的最差的酒店！！！！ 並且沒有熱水！！！ 停車也困難 ！！！

上午九點被電鑽的聲音吵醒了，這邊不是有時差嗎，為什麼這麼早？退房後下樓發現鑰匙忘拿了，返回拿鑰匙的時候服務員居然和我説電視遙控器找不到了，我回去拿鑰匙發現遙控器在床上，你們的人都這麼不認真不負責嗎？淋浴設施太差了，淋浴頭一打開管子居然被水沖掉了，擰上後還是掉。好好的酒店弄的啥也不是！
