Yili Black Bee Manor Eco Hotel

This hotel was the worst experience we had in our self-driving tour in Xinjiang for so many days. It should be said that we have never encountered such bad accommodation. The one point given by the comments was for the natural beauty of the Bailihua Gallery. We don't want to give any point to the hotel. As a long-time customer of Ctrip for more than ten years, this is the first time I give a rating below 5 points. First we asked at the front desk what rooms were available. The receptionist said there were two room types, a standard room for ¥699 and a room with a view for ¥799. We said we wanted a standard room, and then the staff took us to the 3rd floor to look at the room. When we took the elevator down to the lobby, I immediately placed an order on Ctrip. However, when checking in, the receptionist said that what we had just seen was not a standard room, but a room with a view, which was more expensive, and asked me to cancel the order on Ctrip. What is this operation? It was obvious that they were trying to rip off the customers. Then they told us that we could pay directly at the front desk based on the room view price listed on Ctrip and that we didn't need to place an order on Ctrip. I insisted on placing the order on Ctrip because at least our rights could be better protected. The room facilities couldn't be worse, there was no air conditioning, no heating, and the quilt was a thin one. It was only 8 degrees that night, and the neighbors were so cold that they called the lobby late at night to ask for more quilts, but there was no one at the lobby reception. I discovered the problem when I was taking a shower. The drainage was not good. I was soaking my feet while washing. The worst thing was that the bathroom smelled bad. Even if the bathroom door was closed, the whole room was filled with stench all night. I was half asleep and half awake accompanied by the fragrance of 💩, and finally made it to dawn.

The worst hotel in the entire Xinjiang trip, very terrible. The room has a farmhouse-like layout, and the bed is very hard. The screens were all broken, and the windowsills were covered with insects and their carcasses. The TV in the room is broken and there is no phone. They were not even willing to give me water. One thousand and four dollars a night was simply unbelievable. The breakfast was also very poor, like a prison meal. The soundproofing is poor and there is a KTV downstairs that is still singing at 11pm. terrible
