I always stay here when I go to Nilka. It was great when it first opened, but this time I felt the room was a bit dated. The toilet was broken, and the friendly front desk staff were quick to respond, but the housekeeping was ineffective. I had to change rooms twice, and they even gave me the wrong key. I discovered the price had changed, so I contacted Ctrip, and they handled it promptly and efficiently. I was very touched and gave it a thumbs up! While the hotel is old, the front desk service was good. The surroundings are also quite nice. There's a food court nearby, making it convenient for dining. Highly recommended!

The room is spacious and clean. It's about 2 hours' drive from Tangbula Scenic Area and 3 hours from the Choerma entrance of Duku Highway. There is a snack street diagonally opposite the hotel, which is very convenient for late night snacks.

I changed rooms three times in one night and I almost collapsed! The first time it was windy and rainy outside, the windows inside the house were leaking and the wind was strong; the second time inside the room
There was a clanking noise from the pipes upstairs; the air conditioner in the room broke down for the third time, and I asked for an electric heater. The waiter left and there was no news. It was already 11pm and I just had to make do with it for the night. Very bad experience! very bad!
