i’ve been here with my stundents for a school trip and we had many problems first there was a girl with an allergy to gluten and they give her things with gluten fortunately she didn’t get sick second the room was dirty some people founded hair in their rooms and many pillow were dirty and the toilet table was broke third A boy was cut off by the broken windows that are located where the stairs the only good things was the personal that was very funny with the guys but there are many problems with the structure of the hotel

Horrible experience. It was 35C outside and at least 40C in our room. The aircon seemed to be stuck on heating. The room was old and shabby. No way this is a 4* hotel. We were informed on arrival that the restaurant was closed for 2 weeks (annual closure). Staff were friendly though.

Never more, this is not a 4 star hotel, the rooms are very old and smells bad. Many things in bad conditions. They should have 2 stars maximun. They put in the breakfast bread from other days, and towels are in poor conditions. And also prices are very high.

Il soggiorno è durato solo tre giorni, per fortuna, ma la scortesia la ricorderemo a lungo. L'unico camereriere gentile è stato un giovane ragazzo biondo. Se potete andate altrove.

Prestation bien trop cher (restaurant et petit déjeuner) pour un établissement vieillissant Et une direction qui n'est pas à l'écoute, peu commerçante, et bien maladroite dans ses propos... à vouloir choisir sa clientèle en augmentant les prix, on créer forcement du mécontentement quand les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur. Amis commerciaux, fuyez!
