老闆很熱情，辦理入住的時候就送冰棍，屋裡送了很多小吃，送有2瓶礦泉水和可樂。設施雖然有些陳舊，但是該有的都有，衞生床單啥的也算乾淨。就是靠窗的屋子早上有早市很吵。前台小妹忙的時候態度不一定很熱情，可以理解，但是問的話該回答都會回答。老闆就很好説話，推薦的東西也都很靠譜。建議就是細節可以再處理一下，比如送的小吃好好擺放一下，我們一開始還以為是之前客氣落下的沒有收走呢，衞生間的杯子刷一刷。感覺99步都走了，就差一步。總體是很滿意的，特別是這個價位沒啥可以挑的了。

總體來説體驗不是很好。先説環境，東京城整個鎮都很亂，所以環境差真不能怪酒店。
但是設施的問題，酒店就沒辦法推脱責任了，首先是樓梯口有一個消防的設備，每隔50秒就會滴的響一聲，搞得我衹好換了一間靠裡麪的房。這間房還搞笑，整個窗户用塑料布給蒙著，也不知道是防什麼。酒店的電視用的是衞星鍋，沒有中央2358台。酒店的WiFi之前在樓道口的那一間房還勉強接受，換到裏面去，根本就收不到信號了。
不過酒店前台的服務還是挺好的，有問題反映，服務員都儘可能解釋和解決。
