The room was quite comfortable, and the river view was stunning. The service, as always, was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was decent.

The accommodation was clean. The transportation was very convenient. It's highly recommended, and I'll definitely come again next time. It's very close to Tianyi Square, just across the street, and there are many great food options nearby. The overall experience was good.

I always stay in this hotel when I visit Ningbo for a business trip. Breakfast is excellent. rooms are good size and location is very good with many food nearby for meals. Highly recommended.

Stay for 4 nights at this nice hotel, they upgraded my room to river view , so I can enjoy the night light show ! The location is so convenient, I walk to Tianyi Square and Bill Tower, also Old Bund cross river… all hotel staff are so friendly and eager to help whatever you require ! I am highly recommend this hotel if you visit Ningbo city ! Also city has amazing food

Two days stayed in this hotel for business trip. Quite lot of shopping malls around there. Goods

This is the worst among the four Atour hotels we've stayed in over the past month and a half. Although the location is excellent, the service and hotel facilities are poor. 1. For the same issue, three front desk staff gave three different answers, and the first staff’s response was particularly ridiculous. In the end, it was the hotel cleaning staff who resolved the problem. 2. On the first night, the master control panel in the room was not working properly. And there was a water leak on the 9th floor, and the hotel felt hot as soon as we entered—the hallway air conditioning seemed to be off. 3. On the second night, we were moved to another room. The air conditioning made noise every time it automatically turned on, and the toilet made noise whenever someone sat on it (other Atour hotels and rooms did not have this issue). 4. The newly assigned room had no hand towels. The front desk actually told us they don’t provide them and only have larger towels under the washbasin. The room on the first night clearly had them. Eventually, the cleaning staff brought us one, saying it might have been forgotten. 5. The soundproofing in the room was poor. Isn’t Atour known for being a sleep-friendly hotel? The lack of soundproofing made it impossible to sleep. We could hear the neighbors chatting until 3 a.m., as well as the sound of water from the rooms above and next to us. 6. Room cleaning was not timely. We hung the "Please Clean" sign at 11 a.m., but by 3 p.m., the room still hadn’t been cleaned. We had to call the front desk to ask them to notify the staff to clean it. 7. There were spiders in the room. 8.The worst part is that the hotel actually started renovations on higher floor or somewhere. From 7 a.m., we could hear the sound of electric drills in the room, and the noise kept getting louder until after 4 p.m. When we checked out on the 11/10, the noise was still ongoing. How could the hotel not inform guests about this during check-in? Or at least post a notice on their platform? Apart from the location, everything else was truly poor.

Close to the International Shopping Mall and cool places around Ningbo. Very clean , late check out and great service from staff.

We had problems with the hot water and the air conditioning. However, we were moved to a new room, and the situation resolved itself. I hope such issues don’t occur too often, as we plan on coming to the Atour Hotel again. The bed was very comfortable, the view from the room was nice, the staff were friendly and attentive, and I was pleased to find some complementary coffee was provided. The location is perfect. Heyi Avenue, with its luxury stores, is across the street, and Tianyi Square, the heart of Ningbo, is a short walk away. Share bicycles and public transportation are within easy reach. I enjoyed my stay at the Atour Hotel.
