If you're tired of generic business hotels, I highly recommend this place. It's wonderful to sit in the courtyard on a sunny day, listening to the birds and soaking up the sun.

The guesthouse is located in Banpu Village, about ten kilometers from Cicheng Ancient Town. The village is great to explore, both artistic and charming, with convenient parking, making it perfect for a vacation. The guesthouse is very spacious, with a laundry room. The courtyard is clearly well-maintained, with a charmingly traditional ambiance; my mother fell in love with it at first sight. The rooms are also large, quiet, comfortable, and meticulously designed, including a bathtub. A fruit platter was provided in the room; the loquats were homegrown, small but delicious. Breakfast was served individually, exquisite and tasty, and refills were available if needed. The owner was very welcoming, and the service was excellent.

I highly recommend this guesthouse. It's in the suburbs but very comfortable, and not far from the city center—about a 30-minute drive. The scenery inside is incredibly photogenic. The owners and their staff were all very welcoming and patiently listened to our various requests. When we arrived at the room, we found the bed was too small, so we asked to upgrade to a twin room. However, the owner advised against it, saying that upgrading would be more expensive and that adding a single bed next to the twin bed would suffice. In the end, they couldn't persuade us otherwise and changed us to a twin suite. Although it wasn't free, we accepted it.
