Sheraton Ningbo Yinzhou Hotel

The breakfast selection was extensive, and they even had fish. The concierge staff were diligent and polite. The hotel is newly renovated, and I wanted to open the window for some fresh air, but there was a sign saying they couldn't be opened. It's quite close to the Ningbo Museum.

I specifically chose to stay at this hotel during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays this year. The facilities are new, the lobby is very modern, and the service is excellent. The reception staff immediately provided me with a guide to local food and attractions, which was very helpful. The recommended restaurants were all worth trying. The cafe on the first floor and the Chinese restaurant on the fifth floor both offered great food. 👍 In the evening, the night view from the window was beautiful, and it was very convenient to call a taxi. Wanda Plaza and Intime Department Store are right next to the hotel, making shopping very easy. This hotel is a great choice! 👍

The hotel service is excellent, and the breakfast is abundant. It's highly recommended for family trips! The location is superb, right next to Wanda Plaza, with several trendy restaurants nearby. It's also very close to Tianyi Square and convenient to get to Dongqian Lake.

Service: Keely proactively contacted us before check-in and thoughtfully arranged our anniversary room with (artificial petals) and a cake, along with non-slip mats and fridge magnets. Our booked package included Haagen-Dazs ice cream, which we could collect at the lobby bar after checking in. Keely also helped arrange a high-floor room for us, which was quiet and provided an excellent rest experience. The housekeeping staff always greeted guests and informed them that breakfast was on the 5th floor. The concierge service was meticulous; they always opened and closed car doors for us when we took taxis and were careful to prevent us from bumping our heads – excellent attention to detail. Location: The hotel is not in the city center, so you'll need to take a taxi or subway to popular attractions. ✨Practical tip: Ninghai Food Court is about a 10-minute walk away. You can get a queue number online in advance, and if you miss your number, you can still be accommodated on-site. The food is served quickly, and it's very convenient to walk back to the hotel after your meal.

Had a great stay, and Allen from the front desk really made a difference with his natural and unpretentious service! The executive lounge was nice, and breakfast offered a good variety. The showerhead was a bit tricky to adjust, but overall I was very satisfied. This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Ningbo again.

Staying at the Sheraton over the holidays was a great experience. The location is absolutely perfect, and the design of the hotel is quite impressive, really capturing the essence of Ningbo. The staff at the lobby were incredibly attentive and accommodating; they tried their best to fulfill every request. Keely's excellent service, in particular, left a lasting impression. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo.

This hotel was absolutely satisfying! 👍 The environment, both for accommodation and breakfast, was elegant and comfortable, and the service was top-notch! 👍 I especially want to commend the floor attendants and restaurant manager Xiao Li; their enthusiastic service was truly admirable! 👍🎉🎉🎉

I chose the Sheraton Ningbo Yinzhou for my two-night stay this time. It was almost fully booked during the National Day holiday. The room was clean and tidy, and the delivery robot was very convenient. The service team was professional, friendly, responsive, and handled everything efficiently. The breakfast was very rich! It's quite rare for a buffet breakfast to include ice cream, which was a nice touch. The beverage area was also well-stocked and even had Yakult, showing great attention to detail. Overall, I was very satisfied, excellent!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Wanda Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. The lobby has a unique Sheraton fragrance, which is pleasant and not overpowering. The staff in the lobby were attentive and enthusiastic, providing super nice service. Keely arranged a great room for me, which I was very satisfied with. Personally, I think the restaurant could be improved, but overall I'm very happy and willing to give a five-star review!
