Convenient Hotel with classic style decoration in Ningbo.

The room was comfortable, and Miya provided excellent and thoughtful service. Originally, guests only had one breakfast included, but Miya kindly arranged for a complimentary second breakfast to facilitate their business discussions. I'll definitely look for Miya again next time!

Very good

recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service staff were friendly and attentive. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the breakfast offerings. During my stay, the breakfast menu was the same every day, with very little variety. It would be great if the hotel could consider rotating the menu or adding more options to make the breakfast experience more enjoyable for guests staying multiple days. Thank you for your hospitality — I look forward to seeing improvements on my next visit.

While many hotels in Ningbo have lost their level of hygiene, attention to detail, and customer service since COVID, Pan Pacific has continued to be one of Ningbo’s best hotels. Their Guest Service Manager, Igor, went out of his way to accommodate a unique request of mine, proactively finding a solution to resolve my special need. He was personable and available throughout our stay. The room was large, decor nice, hotel clear, and breakfast good. Will definitely keep returning to the Pan Pacific going forward.

The stay was excellent manager Igor was very nice and helped me with everything with a new booking with withdrawing cash with locations he’s very knowledgeable and took care of me without even knowing me.

Very good service from reception to check-out. The lobby is a very good place for working and enjoying wine with oysters (very good and fresh ones). Special thanks to Igor for taking care of my stay (extend my stay, laundry service…)

Loved my stay here. Everyone was friendly and the room was quiet. The pool was big and there was a hot tub and sauna. I’ll be back!

Hotel is about 25 minutes car ride from Ningbo train station. Hotel's cleanliness, service and facilities are okay. Though there are limited restaurant options for on-site dinning, notably the Thai restaurant was permanently closed and the cafeteria on the second floor is only open for buffet breakfast and closed for dinner period.

The staff are well trained and polite. The location is not convenient. Surrounded by office buildings and no subway station. Must take a taxi. Breakfast average.

Very good hotel, except the porter. Didn’t provide any service when arrived. Breakfast is also good, quite rich

Hotel is excelent, allways I choose Pan Pacific Ningbo because the service is very well. Specially I have to tell, las time I made a mistake with my reservation then I talked with Mrs Lynn Liu and she helps to me very profesionally. I recomend this hotel without any doubt.
