After checking in, it would be delivered to the room. I felt that I was taken care of here. My friend's car is a new energy vehicle. I drove to the charging pile of the State Grid in the underground parking lot for a long time but still couldn't charge it. Later, I came to the lobby and met John. I asked him if he knew how to operate the charging pile. He took us to the parking lot very enthusiastically, assisted us in charging, and added WeChat to send us the operation guide in case we encounter similar situations next time. He also told us that we could send messages at any time if we needed any help. Later, he asked him to help us make an appointment for the Sanjiang Night Tour in the evening to see the beautiful scenery of Ningbo at night. Because there were many people and I had to wait in line for a long time, he and his friends went to eat there and helped me get a number, which saved me a lot of time.
