Superb value for the price. Nice looking hotel. Room was nice and quiet. Great shower with plenty of pressure. Clean room with lots of space for a person in transit. Bed was a bit soft, as were the pillows. Room heating worked fine. Only ten minutes from the airport. Again, this hotel was amazing value. Definitely recommend it.

I chose this Atour Hotel because I had an early flight the next day, and it's conveniently located just ten minutes away. The airport shuttle service was a huge plus, so I didn't have to worry about finding a taxi. The front desk staff were very welcoming; they offered me hot water as soon as I arrived and even upgraded my room. The room was clean, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and it even had a nice river view.

Very well taken care, very clean, and has everything you need. This is one of the most comfortable stay. We have been coming back to this place.

The room was spacious and good lighting to make the room bright. It's not soundproofing. The bed mattresses were standard and clean. Some spots in the room like wallpaper, ceiling were needed to maintenance. Free 4 bottles of water in a room. Free porridge and snacks were available from 21.30- 23.00 at the third floor. There were porridge or boiled rice, pickles (that's good taste, personally), Chinese steamed buns, dumplings, and some pastries.

The customer service are very candidate and helpful. They even help us order takeaway as we arrived at hotel late at night without a Chinese app. The airport pickup and sendoff service is perfect as we transit at Ningbo for a night. Everything ok. Good hotel😊

Hotel room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. I only stayed a night as was flying early from Ningbo after a meeting. Perfect place for an overnight before/after a flight due to location. I used the airport shuttle service, it was acceptable, but be careful that you can have it available for your flight. For me it was just okay, but they seemed a bit unwilling to take me any earlier than 06:10 because that’s when the majority of passengers where wanting a lift. That said it all went well, I made my flight and the team were very polite at every interaction. Hotel is very nice and close meaning the actual drive took ＜15m at that time of day and I was dropped directly to the terminal.

Hotel is dirty. Food and trash were left in lobby. In hotel room has small trash under the table unattended to.

The hotel is modern, clean and very quiet. However there is nowhere to eat nearby and the internal restaurant only opens at 930pm which was not ideal. If you stay her, bring your own food or be prepared to travel away from the hotel to find it

Even near to international Airport, nobody speaks english
