Nanyuan Universe Deluxe Hotel Reviews

Service: The breakfast is incredibly rich and also features Ningbo specialties. The late-night snack is also a highlight.

I was very satisfied with this stay. The room was spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a fantastic view of Ningbo's night skyline from above. The hotel's artificial lake was full of blooming lotus flowers, creating a beautiful and atmospheric scene, especially with the rainy weather.

The hotel lobby is beautiful and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. We ordered specialty dishes at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor of the hotel, and the food was delicious. If you get hungry at night, you can even grab a bowl of noodles at the late-night snack counter in the lobby restaurant! The late-night light meals are complimentary.

A special thank you to YangZhuxiang, who took care of our room every day. She was always smiling, kind, and genuinely caring. You could really tell that she enjoyed making guests feel welcome, and her positive attitude made our stay even better. We also want to thank Aria, who was always friendly, helpful, and truly wanted the best for us. Every interaction with her felt genuine, and she always made us feel welcome. Finally, a huge thank you to Jay, who worked at the breakfast restaurant. My friend and I have special dietary requirements, and Jay went above and beyond to help us every single morning. He took the time to understand exactly what we could eat, answered all of our questions with patience, and always made sure we were taken care of. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference to our stay. Thank you all for making our experience so memorable. Staff like you are the reason people want to come back. We truly hope to see you again!

Xiao Shi provided excellent service; she was very warm and attentive. She even granted me a late check-out when a family member wasn't feeling well, and followed up afterward to ask about our stay, which was a very nice touch.

Housekeeping meticulously tidied our room and restocked amenities at regular intervals, always with thoughtful attention to detail. Every staff member we encountered along the way greeted us with a genuine smile. Any requests were met with a prompt response, and their demeanor was consistently gentle and appropriate. They weren't overly enthusiastic in an artificial way; their sense of proportion was just right.
