Yumi at the front desk was incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in was efficient, and she was friendly and patient. She promptly helped resolve any issues, and was gentle and thoughtful. The stay was a great experience and worth a thumbs up. I'll definitely come back next time! 👍

The breakfast selection is a bit limited, but the front desk lady was very helpful. The park across from the hotel is nice, perfect for running or a stroll.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Ningbo Beilun has excellent facilities, with a fantastic heated pool and gym. The breakfast spread is also very diverse. A special thanks to Rina at the front desk, who was incredibly professional and helpful throughout my stay, answering all my questions. It's my top choice for business trips!

The room was neat and clean, and the cleaning staff were very enthusiastic, quickly replenishing anything we needed. The front desk service was also top-notch, always resolving any issues promptly. There are many shopping malls nearby, and plenty of dining options. Transportation is also very convenient.

The Hilton Hotel has an excellent location. It's right across from a large park, and just a short walk to the Ferris Wheel commercial plaza, which has a wide variety of restaurants. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and Evelyn at the front desk provided great service. I'll definitely stay here again.

I have to give a five-star review to Evelyn at the front desk of DoubleTree by Hilton Ningbo Beilun! My check-in experience was fantastic right from the start, thanks to her polite and thoughtful service. She even offered me complimentary cookies when she heard I hadn't eaten, which was incredibly considerate. The check-in process itself was smooth and efficient, even during a busy period. It was a wonderful stay overall.

This stay was a perfect experience. The hotel lobby is grand and bright, and the front desk handled check-in incredibly efficiently – it took no more than three minutes from arrival to completion. The duty manager, Dave, escorted me to the elevators and explained all the facilities. For a business trip, this hotel offers excellent value for money.

I was really impressed with this hotel! The overall environment is fantastic, very clean and elegant with a super comfortable vibe. The room itself is incredibly spacious, with a wide-open layout that never felt cramped, making for a very relaxing stay. The biggest bonus was how quiet it was; the soundproofing is excellent, and there wasn't a single noise at night, so I slept incredibly soundly. My stay here was perfect, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!
