Overall, a fantastic stay! The service was great and the location is super convenient—everything is within walking distance, no matter where you want to go. There are also great late-night snack spots nearby. The room amenities are pretty average, neither good nor bad.

The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable sheets and quilt. It was quiet at night with no noise. The service was friendly, and the breakfast offered a great variety. Close to the subway station, it's very convenient for getting around. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Ningbo.

Such a pleasant surprise when checking in! The front desk staff proactively offered us an upgrade to a King room. This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from Gulou subway station, and close to both Tianyi Square and Chenghuang Temple, making it super convenient for getting around. The lobby offers complimentary coffee and ice cream, along with fun little activities like guessing lantern riddles. The service was warm and attentive, making for a pleasant experience.

Facilities: Very complete, there's a laundry room, and a big plus is the handheld garment steamer in the room. The mini-fridge is also very practical. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: The third floor is all family rooms, and there's a small game room. Service: Excellent. We received fruit on the first day of our stay.

Extremely satisfied! They upgraded my room for free, thanks to the kind front desk staff. The location is perfect, right next to the subway entrance. Plus, most attractions are just one or two stops away, which is incredibly convenient.

I had a very satisfying stay. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway and Tianyi Square. The room was spacious and very clean. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! Atour Hotels really goes above and beyond to think of everything for their guests. The room was spotless. Even though Ningbo was a bit humid after the rain, the room was still so clean and cozy. They even offer a complimentary laundry service! My daughter absolutely loved their late-night snacks. Their meticulous attention to detail truly shines through. I'm in love, and I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Ningbo! Haha!

Location: Very close to attractions like Tianyi Pavilion, Gulou, and the Old Bund. Convenient subway access from the high-speed rail station. Facilities & Environment: A very new hotel. However, there are only 3 dryers for the entire hotel, leading to a scramble during peak hours around 11 PM. This was a poor experience and definitely knocks off some stars. Dining: After 9:30 PM, they offer free late-night snacks including porridge, dumplings, and buns, which is perfect if you get hungry late and all the other shops are closed. Breakfast costs 50 yuan, but it felt more like 30 yuan quality. Overall, it was decent.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding and pillows were very comfortable. It's rare to get a good night's sleep when you're on a business trip. The room details were well thought out, with convenient power outlets, a night light, and thoughtful toiletries. The most touching detail was the late-night congee delivery – a warm bowl of congee after a late return, comforting for both the stomach and the heart.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway exit, making it super convenient to get to Tianyi Square and Gulou. The room was great for sleeping, with a large and comfortable bed.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to attractions like Tianyi Square, Gulou, and Chenghuang Temple. The cleanliness is also top-notch, and the breakfast spread is very generous. The service is great, and they take feedback seriously. Parking is also very convenient.

The room amenities are complete, the service is warm and friendly, and the view is also great. The breakfast coffee was quite good.
