Xinzhi Hotel

Wow~ I always believe in the power of old brands~ Even though it is an old hotel, the environment and services are good. Although the facilities look old, they are well maintained~ They also upgraded my room~ The main reason is that the hotel’s bedding is very clean. I attach great importance to this and will stay here when I come to Ningbo. The breakfast is also delicious~

The beauties at the front desk are very nice, have a good attitude to solve problems, and are very efficient. The location of the hotel is good, the environment is very good, and the lobby is very grand. The room on the first floor of the North Building was a bit damp and the sanitation was not meticulous enough. Later, because of the problem of air-conditioning and refrigeration, it was changed to the third floor, which was much better than the first floor, and it was completely value for money. The breakfast was quite satisfactory, and overall it was ok.

It was the biggest gain from this trip, the biggest recovery after being hit by Xiaoxiang recently and losing confidence in Ningbo hotel. It turns out that Ningbo has such a good hotel and the appearance of the hotel is extremely inconspicuous, but it is definitely not a description of it. It is worthy of being the name of the original State Guest House. The interior of the hotel is full of flowers and plants like a big park. The rooms are not as high as the mainstream five-star fancy, but the atmosphere is exquisite, and the service is even more meticulous. Every day, there are three small snacks in the room (of which you are very good) and three to three. Four kinds of fruits, the foreman of the west building (sorry for not remembering the name) and the manager named Yu Yang are warm and thoughtful. They also provided us with an exquisite afternoon tea experience. The hotel’s dining is half of Ningbo people. We went to Ningbo several times. The most amazing time, the white pomfret noodle knot, sea**** tofu braised seafood, octopus soup, Ning-style soup dumplings, delicious, even more impressive is that the standard of the hotel’s dim sum chefs is the best in the hotel I have eaten in Ningbo. Although the breakfast is mainly Chinese, the varieties and tastes are superb. All kinds of dim sum make you want to stop. Two kinds of sesame seeds, dumplings, noodles, all kinds of cakes, dumplings, side dishes, etc., are impressive, there is an image They are small braised bamboo shoots. They are so delicious. Generally, I rarely eat Chinese dishes in the morning and I can’t help but eat a lot. I would also like to thank Manager Yu for the afternoon tea and also sent us two delicious desserts, fresh mung bean cake and sea**** noodle rice cake, which were not ordered the night before. In short, Xinzhi surpassed the so-called mainstream five-stars in every respect. Hope Can maintain their own characteristics and be unique.

西樓2樓的房間（沒有園景可看🤦），面積不大但乾淨整潔，衞生狀況良好。第一天入住有迎賓果盤非常貼心。酒店主幹道在地鐵施工有點吵，但西樓在最裡麪完全聽不到聲音，安靜。我們自帶外賣，希望酒店能幫忙微波爐加熱，賓客中心的管家貼心的為我們回爐炒了一下，還加了幾根胡蘿蔔絲，服務十分周到👍。温水游泳池也是非常棒的，遊了個痛快！唯一不足就是洗手間的移門往下掉，每次來回拉動都費勁而且發出很大聲響，晚上影響睡眠的。不關門的話裏面的感應燈動不動就亮起來，有點無奈

總體好評，地理位置優越，車子進出方便！ 設施：泳池必須擁有名字！水質優良，温度適宜，還有温熱的茶水，小糖果，特別貼心。 衞生：總體很不錯，雖然有點年頭了，但還是很乾凈的。 環境：環境一級棒，城中園林的感覺，特別喜歡在裏面散步，茉莉香味四溢，滿目春意盎然，散散步都感覺得到了凈化！ 服務：服務很熱情，特別是吃早餐的接待人員，微笑甜美，及時，很棒！

園林中的建築，非常的漂亮幽靜，無愧於國賓館的稱號，工作人員都非常敬業、熱情、周到，大堂接待小陳、小胡給我們留下了非常好的印象，早餐在西樓，南樓的晚餐也很好，工作人員主動熱情，讓我們深感酒店的硬件軟件都是一流的。我們一行6人，大家一致稱讚酒店很好！

沒有房間藉口升級私自調整房間，後來問了才説是沒有房間，換了一樓離開馬路最近的房間也算了。第二天發現一個超大蜘蛛，讓前台叫人來抓半天才來人，找不到了衹能噴大量殺蟲劑，味道刺鼻，我們衹能直接退房，沒有任何道歉解釋和任何處理，服務為零。房間衞生間實際與圖片不符。

西樓房間除了沒有冰箱，什麼都好。尤其賓館的層高夠高，天花板看起來視野更開闊。 沁園餐廳早點150分！👍👍👍其中小鮮肉餛飩一級棒！餛飩皮薄，肉質鮮美，頂級調餡，挑戰你的味蕾，所以隨時供不應求。小鮮肉餛飩是在早餐廳唯一需要排隊等候的餐食。我們認為新芝賓館的早餐沁園餐廳是一大亮點，其中小鮮肉餛飩是沁園餐廳的第一王冠早餐！每個住店客人的必點項，但要耐心排隊。吃過上海五星酒店的小鮮肉餛飩，和沁園餐廳的口味一模一樣！👍寧波新芝賓館能請到頂級大廚做出讓所有住店客人滿意的特色小鮮肉餛飩，餘味繞樑，是酒店客人寧波之行的幸運！以後到寧波吃小鮮肉餛飩，來這家環境高貴典雅，服務一流的餐廳沒錯👍 沁園餐廳的華啟團先生今天熱心幫我們提了重箱子，幫了長者的大忙，感謝新芝賓館精心培訓的優秀員工！ 新芝賓館正在建二期，賓館綠樹成蔭，數不清的迴廊花樹隨處都是景緻。園子超大停車位無限制。期待下次的寧波新芝賓館行，因為有一流的小鮮肉餛飩！

攜程預售的園景雙床房3天2晚套餐，房間在西樓一樓，自助早餐也在西樓。雖然是2012年裝修的，但硬件維護的不錯，雙床房也比較寬敞。酒店旁邊5分鐘左右就是地鐵4號線，出行方便。
