Stayed here during the Qingming Festival holiday! The room was spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, and the service was pretty good! The breakfast mini wontons and noodles were quite delicious! There's also a pool, and it was practically empty, felt like we had the whole place to ourselves!

My family chose Ningbo for our Chinese New Year holiday, and we stayed at the Xinzhi Hotel. After a few days, I must commend every aspect of our stay, from the staff's service attitude and the hotel's location to the room's design and layout, and the overall breakfast offerings. We truly felt at home! 1. The location is incredibly convenient. The hotel is right by Metro Line 4 and bus stops, and Line 6 is just a 150-meter walk away. It's super easy to get to attractions like Tianyi Pavilion and the Old Bund, or for shopping and leisure at Tianyi Plaza. 2. The guest rooms are warm and elegant. The layout is well-designed, and there's plenty of natural light. The decor subtly incorporates a touch of Jiangnan charm, making it feel especially fresh. The room was meticulously clean, and the facilities were well-maintained and felt new, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. The room even came with an air purifier, and on our first day, we received welcome fruit and snacks for the kids. 3. Breakfast was a major highlight of our stay! The variety was extensive, with everything from Chinese dim sum and porridge to Western pastries and salads. The local specialty breakfast items were particularly authentic. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors catered to both northern and southern tastes. Breakfast became something to look forward to every day. 4. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive. From check-in guidance to everyday inquiries, their professionalism and meticulousness were evident. They were still working diligently during the Chinese New Year period and even presented us with a small New Year gift, which felt especially heartwarming. This stay significantly improved my impression of Ningbo. The Xinzhi Hotel not only has excellent facilities but also demonstrates genuine sincerity in its service and attention to detail. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ningbo, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The room was quite clean and the hotel view was excellent. The breakfast selection was rich. My child was feeling unwell due to the change in environment and couldn't go to the restaurant for breakfast. After speaking with the restaurant manager, they kindly provided a takeaway box for congee and eggs for my child. It was a very heartwarming gesture. I'll definitely come back again.

The hotel is conveniently located with bus stops and a subway station right outside. We stayed here for our Chinese New Year vacation with my parents in Ningbo. The lobby had a wonderful, fragrant scent and was beautifully decorated for the New Year. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and the restaurant served delicious food. The butler service was professional and attentive, and the hotel's environment was elegant. Our stay at the Xinzhi Hotel really made our impression of Ningbo excellent!

The Xinzhi Hotel exceeded our expectations! As someone who is particular about cleanliness, I found the hygiene to be impeccable. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the tangyuan (sweet rice balls) were delicious! Everyone in my family, from young to old, was very satisfied. Thank you to the staff for doing such a wonderful job!

Overall, I'm very satisfied. The hardware is newly renovated, so all the facilities are new. The hotel's overall environment is also very beautiful and clean. The transportation is very convenient, with a subway station right outside the entrance. The service and communication were also quite friendly. Overall, it's excellent, and I hope they maintain this standard!

Though I checked in at 10pm and only stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was very comfortable and felt very new. Staff service and attitude could be slightly better but they were very nice to provide free breakfast for all the rooms we booked for our group of 10. Breakfast variety was very very good - so much local food to try and eat!! Location is slightly further away frm city centre at Tian Yi Guang Chang but manageable if you have your own transport. *some guests were smoking in hotel lobby when I checked in and no one stopped them, causing the entire lobby to smell smoky.

The hotel is new with green scenery. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Will definitely choose again for next trip to Ningbo.

This is a garden hotel in a good location. Rooms are modern and large with comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet is excellent.

Excellent stay! I stayed in the main lobby/Yingbin Building, which is part of the new complex with great facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel is conveniently located—just three stops from the train station on Metro Line 4, with a fare of only 2 RMB. Use Exit C, turn left, and walk about 30 meters to reach the main registration building (Yingbin Building). The property is enormous, featuring beautiful gardens, a rich breakfast buffet, and a seafood buffet every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 17:30 to 20:30. While there aren’t many good restaurants or shopping centers nearby, most major tourist attractions are easily accessible from the hotel for just a few RMB by public transport.

Absolutely amazing! Beautiful hotel and for a fantastic price. The hotel is located in the old downtown of Ningbo which is a lively and busy area but you would never know that from inside the grounds. It’s like a park. There are beautiful walkways and gardens, pagodas you can sit in with fishponds and swings…stunning. The interior of the hotel is traditional Chinese and is grand. The service attitude is wonderful and everyone is so helpful and kind. My only suggestion would be to include a breakfast coupon with all room purchases, even if someone just wanted to grab a coffee in the morning, since this extra thing would be an absolute cherry on top of the whole experience. Other than this, I can say for certain I will stay here again!

We booked west building, were moved to east building. Unfortunately every room in east building smells with cigarettes, so I could not stay there. They moved us to Yingbin which was amazing! Thank you again for this amazing hotel and the food is amazing too. The staff is very helpful and kind. We had the most amazing stay of all hotels in China in yingbin. 12/10 points.

You know clearly what your service attitude is! You know your own weight, so don't confuse right and wrong. The best villain in the gym! Insulting guests! And insulting the elders! Falsely accuse the guest! Don’t confuse right and wrong! Your kind of hotel! **real! They all smell better than you! Don't ever stay in this kind of hotel! Who will live there? Whoever is unlucky, you might be the next one to be framed! Don’t live there with your whole family! Don't go live there! Whoever stays in this kind of hotel will be unlucky
