Langham Place, Ningbo Culture Plaza

As a long‑established property, Langham offers acceptable facilities. Its location in central Eastern New Town is excellent, with restaurants, entertainment venues and great transport links nearby. One downside: front‑desk employees generally have poor English and speak too quietly. Key information including minibar fees and other service charges was not explained clearly, which brought us some unnecessary unpleasantness.

Highly recommend staying at The Langham Ningbo! The entire experience was flawless. The service across all departments—including the reception, cleaning service, and concierge—was incredibly satisfying and attentive."

Good location, top level facilities and value for money.  Hope to consider arranging smoke-free floors instead of individual rooms as one of our neighbours were chain-smoking with the door open, which affected the whole floor.
