Outstanding Service and Exceptional Hospitality! We had to make a last-minute booking at midnight while in transit through Ningbo. Upon arriving well past midnight feeling completely worn out, we were greeted by an amazingly understanding and welcoming front desk staff. They processed our check-in quickly so we could get straight to sleep, and they even kindly offered us a complimentary late check-out to make up for our late arrival. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the automated smart curtains were a great modern touchy. To top it off, the breakfast was fresh and delicious. We had a wonderfully comfortable stay and couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was impeccable. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out 🎁 – such a thoughtful hotel! I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They arranged for my family to stay on the same floor after I communicated this request in advance, which was great. When we were leaving, we ran into the housekeeping staff who kindly reminded us that it would rain later and advised us to take an umbrella.

The room is equipped with a desk and a small sofa, and the toilet and shower are also separate. The decor is simple yet elegant, the environment is great, and the natural light is good. The service is warm and friendly, and the facilities are controlled by Xiaodu (a smart assistant).

Facilities: Complete, with a self-service laundry room. Cleanliness: Good. Environment: Good. Service: Excellent! There's free ice cream, snacks, and drinks at the entrance, and Wonton noodles for a late-night snack. Location is great, diagonally opposite the subway station, two stops from Ningbo Station, and convenient for taking a taxi to major attractions.

The room was spotless and very clean. The service was excellent. When we arrived in the evening, the front desk reminded us that we could go for a late-night snack (although the taste might not suit everyone), but the thought behind it was really kind. In the evening, they brought us foot bath tubs with herbal packets. The breakfast spread was very generous. My parents and I traveled together, and they were very happy.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel very well taken care of. They offered us lemonade, ice cream, and popcorn, and there were fresh fruits waiting for us in the room. They also gave us some lovely little gifts, including a magnet with the hotel logo and mooncakes for the holiday, which was such a nice touch. The location is excellent as well. The metro station is very close, and it only takes about 7 minutes to get to the railway station. Everything was great, and the hospitality really made our stay special. I would definitely stay here again!
