Popular Ningbo 4-star Hotels

The hotel is strategically located, with the Old Bund nearby and very convenient distance from Tianyi Square, Drum Tower and Tianyi Pavilion. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is good. Breakfast is on the seventh floor facing the river, you can enjoy the scenery, and the breakfast variety is very rich. There are also open stalls, rice noodles, and wontons, which taste good.

I decided to take a short trip to Ningbo and booked a hotel on the way. Because Dongqian Lake is still a 40-50 minute drive from Ningbo city, it was almost 10pm before going to the hotel after having dinner in the city. The hotel is a group of villas. Each villa probably has at least 4-5 rooms, a large flat floor, a bathing space as big as a room, a round bathtub, and even a sauna. It feels like houses should have been designed for targeted groups in the past. The next morning I had the opportunity to take a look at the outside environment. I saw adults playing ball with their children and setting up tents. It is suitable for friends and more lively if there are more families living together. You have to drive inside, so self-driving is more convenient. It's quite big and there's still a lot of construction going on. After it's completed, the courtyard-style environment should be more comfortable. You won't have to go to Dongqian Lake to play when you stay there. There were some hiccups during the stay, but the manager responsible for solving the problem was very responsive and capable. After being solved quickly, we will be in a good mood on the last day of 2023.

This was the last place for me to stay in Ningbo, where I'd lived for seven years. After checking out of my apartment, I was feeling very stressed at the time but the receptionists were super sweet. It is an amazing hotel especially for the price. Right next to Marina restaurant and with beautiful, quirky, book-themed decor. Rooms are spotlessly clean, Chinese breakfast is fresh and tasty and there is a very pleasant vibe all round. Despite my not being in the most relaxed frame of mind when I checked in, I had a very enjoyable stay - thank you.

I had a very pleasant stay at Wanda Moments. I am in-between apartments and needed to stay nearby family. Xiao Qui specifically and the rest of the staff really took care of me. I planned on staying one night but due to Xiao’s amazing customer service and her attention to customer care, I decided to stay 3 nights. The hotel has a Harry Potter vibe which I love, really convenient location with a mall nearby and very clean. I love the smart toilet addition in the Deluxe rooms! Thank you Wanda Moments!

I travel a lot for work and this is the first time writing a bad review ever. I was disappointed with this hotel for 2 reasons: 1. Staff at front desk does not speak English. Although my Chinese is OK, they were unwilling to help me. I had an issue with a booking (caused by trip.com). Trip was very friendly and helpful. Staff at front desk told me it wasn’t their problem that they couldn’t find a booking and I should figure it out with the agent, however I clearly had a confirmed booking on my phone. I know the problem wasn’t caused at the hotel, but at the same time I have a booking here with a payment FOR YOUR HOTEL. The least you can do is do everything you can to help me check this issue. Furthermore I had to cancel one night booked for my colleague due to change of plans. If they told me from the beginning cancellation is not possible, my colleague would’ve changed the plan accordingly. The staff told me I should check with trip.com and if they could process the cancellation the hotel can agree. However, we spend 2 days going back and forth, talking to the front desk and talking to trip.com customer service to try and figure it out. Finally at 10 pm (!!!) of the night of the cancellation they finally informed me they cannot cancel. By that time it was too late and my colleague already checked into another hotel, so we spend double the money for no reason. 2. The breakfast is not good, food is low quality. The hotel is clearly locally managed, you can feel it in terms of customer service and food quality. I do not recommend.

Great location and staff! Attentive to our needs and somehow we never feel like we’ll go hungry here. Special shout out goes to the lady who kindly helped us to place an order for food delivery (it was cold and pouring outside) - much appreciated! Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for accommodations in Ningbo ☺️

I love the location of this hotel, very near the Church Cathedral and walking distance to the shopping square. Staff are nice especially the ones in the breakfast station. Very helpful in translating the names of the food since some of the viands i am not familiar with. The room is clean and with complete items that we needed.

Recently, we were fortunate to stay at Ningbo Xinyuan Meilun Hotel (Tianyi Square), and we felt quite deep for a few days. 1． This store is strategically located in the city center, within easy reach of Tianyi Square, Tianyi Pavilion, Yuehu Park, Zhejiang University Medical College First Affiliated Hospital, and Chenghuang Temple. 2. The layout of the rooms is reasonable, the facilities are well-equipped, and the guest experience is comfortable and convenient. 3． The service management staff is warm and thoughtful, and the guests are at home. 4. The breakfast environment is elegant, the variety of meals is wide, suitable for north and south tastes, and the guests are selective. 5． Highlights① The room is equipped with a high-quality water filter system, so that guests can enjoy high-quality drinking water at any time. The laundry room is fully equipped and the experience is excellent. We give the hotel a big praise!

I booked this hotel to see snow and iron flowers, and I stayed with my parents. They were very satisfied. First of all, booking a room, in fact, booking a standard room with city view is more cost-effective. After all, the river view room is still a bit high. It is recommended to see the river view. You can go to the corridor on the 4th and 5th floors to take pictures. I went once in the morning and went once in the evening. Haha, free river view. Secondly, parking, according to the navigation car, you can see the entrance of the hotel garage, the car is parked there, after entering the advanced lobby, and then check in with the room card, it is very convenient, and the parking space is very abundant. Third, eating, the fishing port rice field downstairs of the hotel itself, in fact, the taste is good, not belonging to the hotel, but renting the hotel venue, can pass through the small door, recommend the dishes, pig's trotters, meat buns, because Dad's teeth are not good, so it is still mainly soft oysters, its home is still seafood-based, Before each dish, it is recommended to ask the price. I ordered river shrimp for the other dish, which is generally the same. Breakfast, when I booked through Trip.com, I directly included breakfast, also on the first floor of the hotel, and there were still many choices. Fourth, playing, the old Bund is still more interesting at night, it is recommended to take the baby to check in in the afternoon to see the museum next to it and make an appointment to enter the play on the old Bund to experience. I saw the snow on New Year's Day, and I was in the rabbit position. The photo was not bad; Iron Flower was seen at the fishing wheel factory on the other side, and the result was temporarily cancelled. Then it was to take a picture of the scenery of the old Bund on the national demonstration pedestrian street after dinner. It is recommended that female compatriots can wear cheongsam. Fifth, laundry and fitness. They are all on the 5th floor of the hotel. You can wash clothes directly here, and there are also some fitness equipment.
