This was my second stay. I arrived quite late and wanted a quiet room, not one where someone had just finished smoking. The owner was very helpful and showed me a few rooms. They were okay. It seems there's parking available in front. You just need to tell the owner. He said they'll open the gate again so parking is available in the back. I guess they'll charge for parking there later, as they seem to have some regular guests. I guess it's best to arrive early.

It's near Zhong'an Plaza, surrounded by industrial areas, and the facilities are old, but it seemed to be relatively clean overall so I checked in. Overall, what a great bike for this price, but I still have to mention the issues that arise. First of all, the facilities are relatively old, and the toilet seat is cracked and has not been replaced. The bed originally looked quite clean, but these old facilities make people uneasy about the hygiene of the room. Secondly, someone slipped a small card into the crack of the door at night... Then there is the need to strengthen the soundproofing. The room next door is so noisy that I can’t sleep at night... The combination of these points may be a bit unbearable and I want to spend more money to go to a chain hotel...
