去前台辦理入住升級海景房，這點表揚一下。設施：對於酒店衹要從外面關門不管房間裏有沒有人就全屋停電的設施不敢苟同。我在房間洗澡，我老公出去辦事，一關門全屋立馬全黑，害我差點在淋浴房摔跤。酒店有這麼缺電嗎？然後説到洗衣房，洗衣房設在康樂中心裏，我晚上 21:30 去洗衣，然後等到我去拿衣服，康樂中心鎖門了，無法去裏面洗衣房拿衣服，我也是服了。樓道里煙味很重，這酒店我是不敢再去住了。

原本擔心這樣的非連鎖酒店服務會跟不上，結果大大超出預期。
首先是接站服務，驚呆的是居然酒店接站是有車的員工自發參加，而且員工各個都很有愛，把酒店當作自己的事業在幹，老闆做人應該是很好吧：）
其次酒店的硬件沒得説，保齡球館估計在老家省會城市也衹有一家，這裏居然有，桌球館分國際大師專用桌和中青年指定賽專用桌，老闆也是情懷槓槓了：）酒店離動車站很近，到市區差不多十幾分鍾車程，福鼎本身不大，距離可以接受，反而因為不在市區停車也很方便。
因為攜帶小孩，酒店前台和樓層服務員都特別照顧，餐廳用餐，服務員也很包容的幫忙協助拿東西啥的。傍晚18：00後還有甜品福利，試了一下樹莓慕斯，説是酒店自己做的，味道不錯。不過早餐一般般，如果按五星酒店標準評價確實差距還很大。
是一次完美親子體驗，希望下次來的時候酒店對面的灘塗觀光步行道能夠修好。

大堂很氣派，挑高很高，房間很大，硬件很硬，房間內除了免費贈送的茶、水外，還有不少需要付費的小東西，也算是附加增值服務。
地下一樓有康樂中心，有健身房、乒乓球🏓，免費，還有收費的桌球和保齡球，保齡球🎳有四根球道，這個在賓館出現，實屬驚歎❗️
地下二樓停車場，很乾凈明亮，就是漆味有點重。
早餐自助，品種豐富，後廚加餐很快，特別喜歡非遺小吃，餐廳面湖，景色一級棒。
一次愉快的體驗。

頭一回給差評，真的讓人無語，在前台還沒預訂問能不能升級髮型，前廳人員表示好評的話可以，並且可以送雙早，然後我立馬下訂單去辦理入住，結果辦理人員不是前廳人員，換成了房務部門**女士，表示不能升級也不能送雙早，要求安排安靜一點的客房角落房子也可以，但是給我安排了周圍都有人，非常吵鬧，隔音效果不好，並且酒店裝修甲醛味非常大，客房的衞生也非常的差勁到了，中午12點就一直打電話説2:00前一定要退房，真不敢想象帶小朋友入住這家酒店危害性有多大

定的頂配，海景房，海呢？一臉懵逼！隔音巨差，晚上樓下講話可以聽到，隔壁講話可以聽到。這些都算了！一大早上七點樓下施工！電鑽。我的天！！來住酒店是睡眠休息的呀！七點施工，讓前台去溝通，電鑽是停了，然後就是小噪音施工不斷，怎麼休息？一整個睡不好！踩雷！！！真的一肚子氣，想去索賠！！從來沒有去給過差評！第一次！！！
