Facilities: The hotel facilities are quite new, and the room is very spacious (especially the bathroom, which is extra roomy and I really liked it). The bed was also quite comfortable, not too soft and saggy. Cleanliness: From what I could see, there were no issues; it was quite clean. Environment: This is what I liked most about the hotel. The overall design is grand, and there's a lovely walking trail nearby with great scenery. Service: The hotel offered complimentary fruit and laundry service to the room. You could also try on She ethnic minority traditional clothing for free, which I really enjoyed!

The hotel environment is great, and the front desk staff, Xiao Xie, was very efficient and provided excellent service. I had a very comfortable stay.

Our family trip to C&D Xiangyu Ningde far exceeded our expectations! 👏 The 70,000 square meter garden environment was incredibly comfortable, and strolling by the lake was so pleasant. The tea room even had a guzheng playing. The heated swimming pool kept the kids entertained, finally allowing the adults to relax. The front desk staff proactively recommended local attractions and food, and even helped plan our itinerary, which was incredibly thoughtful. The lake view room offered an amazing view, and the room itself was clean and spacious with soft, comfortable bedding. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. Excellent value for money, highly recommended! 👍

Fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and cozy. Jingfeng at the front desk was especially attentive and thoughtful, with a kind demeanor and efficient service. They truly made me feel at home. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious and comfortable! Xiao Wu (the staff member) was enthusiastic and professional in his service! The hotel's facilities and landscaping are absolutely top-notch!!!

The environment is excellent, very grand, and there's also the East Lake Greenway nearby for a stroll. Breakfast and service are also great, and the robot delivers meals to the room super fast. It rained heavily at night, and the air on the balcony was exceptionally fresh.

Probably the best hotel in Ningde, it has a resort-like feel. It's a shame I'm always here for business, so my mind is always on work and I don't really get to relax. The bathroom glass connects directly to the balcony, so remember to draw the curtains when showering.

The negative review is for the hotel's WeChat customer service on July 17, 2026. I messaged them around 2 PM to ask for an invoice, and by 6 PM, there was still no reply or any sign of a response. After I followed up, they finally issued the invoice, but the company name, items, total amount (including tax), issuer, and other information on it were all blank – not a single word. This is too sloppy, and their attitude was very perfunctory.

Extremely satisfied! I stayed for two nights. The hotel is very spacious, and the bathroom alone is as big as a regular room. Breakfast was also delicious. It's very close to the train station, which is super convenient. Highly recommend it!
