Well, it’s my second time here, and I definitely can recommend Anlan Ninghai to everyone who wants to have a calm rest in a cozy place surrounded by scenic views. I’m especially grateful to manager Jack for his help. His assistance was always timely and the service overall was great.

The hotel is great and definitely recommended for visiting. The staff are friendly and helpful (especially many thanks to Leo), the location is convenient, and nature is absolutely fantastic. Either you choose to soak in the hot spring or walk around, it will be worth it. Nearby the hotel, I’d recommend to climb up to the Shangyun Temple, the views along the way are very beautiful.

Great surprise! Fantastic place, location, design, concept and service! Restaurant and spa are very good, but was expecting a little bit more… no complains… just it could raise the standard to the level of this buque concept. Did I mentioned the pool?? Best place of all!! 😃😃

I went on a May Day holiday with my family and looked for a quiet and elegant place. Ninghai Anlan gave me a pleasant surprise. The room was surrounded by forests and bamboos. The scenery was everywhere when I opened my eyes. The pool, bedroom, and leisure area had a 180-degree direct view of the landscape. It was beautiful and sunny. The room was not intertwined with any other household. The outdoor hot spring was quiet and comfortable, and the sky pool was even more beautiful! Stunning! The itinerary service was thoughtful. The guest rooms are all single-family houses built in the mountains. They are very quiet and have a good environment. They are suitable for people who have stayed in the city for a long time to breathe the fresh air of nature. The butler-style service is very thoughtful and convenient. Any staff members you meet at any time and anywhere are very polite and courteous. The breakfast is also very rich. The dishes have different changes during the three days of stay. Nanxi Pavilion Restaurant is really good. Every dish is delicious. The ingredients are also fresh. The service and environment are also very good. The hotel is really big. You have to call a shuttle bus to go to each place. Fortunately, calling a taxi is very convenient, but there are still many entertainment places that you haven’t visited. Overall, the stay experience is still very good

Anlan's brand is there, so the service is impeccable. I traveled with my bestie during off-peak season, so it was quieter with fewer people. It felt pretty good to wake up in the valley. It's worth mentioning that the travel photography included in the Ctrip package was pretty good. I was so happy to take photos with my bestie. It was a good experience. Because the check-in day was the last day of the May Day holiday, most tourists checked out and ended their journey. We were lucky to check in and upgrade the room type immediately after arrival. We were super happy! We had contacted the housekeeper Amy before check-in, and informed her of the hotel's various special services and information in detail. Thank you Miss Amy~ and she also provided great service during our stay, which was convenient for us. The hotel's shuttle bus was very fast, going back and forth between the lobby, room, restaurant, and other entertainment venues. It basically didn't take much time to wait, and the shuttle bus drivers waited patiently for us. I still remember that it was Ying Limin, a beautiful shuttle bus driver, who happened to pick us up many times and introduced us to the facilities and attractions in all directions on the way. It was very nice! Because it rained in the morning on the day of arrival, I couldn't go to the infinity pool to experience it, but I was lucky enough to experience the private hot spring (there were not many tourists that day). It should be the first time in my life to experience a hot spring bath. It was really comfortable after the bath, and I slept very well at night! The afternoon tea was also delicious! Every service staff provided us with dedicated and convenient service. In short, it was a great vacation~

The scenery is picturesque, and there is a perfect presentation of a home deep in the bamboo forest. Needless to say, the scenery is quiet and I like to close my eyes. The service is also a highlight. They are responsive, considerate, friendly, and proactive. Abby from the housekeeping department patiently answered questions and was friendly. The shortcomings are that the hardware is still rough and not humane. The balcony tiles are aging, and the cushions of the sofa seats have some stains. There are many places for children to interact!

The room was not very clean. I found cigarette butts left by the guests on the first day of check-in. The bathroom was not cleaned well. The breakfast was OK, but the lunch and dinner dishes were not good, expensive and unpalatable. The most annoying thing was that I was very tired on the first afternoon of check-in. The old man had just fallen asleep, and suddenly the motor outside the window started mowing the lawn. I told the housekeeper, and the housekeeper said to stop immediately, so I started waiting..., but it lasted for a full 20 minutes until he finished his work and left. The weeder ignored you at all. The management is too bad! The housekeeper Hedy responded quickly and provided considerate service, which deserves praise.

Facilities: Low-density resort hotel, with considerate butler service. We booked a four-person villa in Yishanju, and the manager Hedy was very good! She contacted early to arrange for the cleaning of the room. There was plenty of mineral water, juice, soft drinks and beer, and fruit plates, snacks and red wine were also given. The hotel basically relies on shuttle buses to go up and down the mountain. The bus came very quickly and the staff was very enthusiastic, which is rare in the peak season of May Day. Hygiene: I stayed for two nights, and the aunt came to clean twice a day. If the supplies were not used up, they would be given another one. The toiletries were Guerlain, and my mother-in-law and mother said that the comb was very useful. Environment: Needless to say, the environment is the most worthwhile highlight here. The hotel's own hiking route is very suitable for a large family. Walking in the bamboo sea absorbs enough negative oxygen ions, which can exercise without being very tired. Service: The package includes many additional services, and each experience is very good. The front desk made an appointment and drove us directly to make lacquer fans. We accidentally broke a cup of afternoon tea at the poolside. We were ready to compensate for the cup, but the service staff cleaned it up in time and made us another cup. In the morning, every cleaning uncle and aunt who passed by would greet us warmly, and many small details made the guests experience very good. To be improved: The charges for hot springs and horse farms are a bit high, the breakfast variety needs to be richer (the salad bar only has leafy vegetables), and there is no indoor swimming pool (it seems that this cannot be changed)

I have been eyeing this hotel for a long time, and I finally checked in. It is hard to describe. First of all, the hardware is very good, with Hansgrohe showers, Kohler bathrooms, and the entire hotel room is quite new. The air in the entire hotel area is very good. It occupies two hills and has a large area of ​​more than 1,000 acres, all of which require shuttle buses. However, due to the two hills, the Qishan Room and Lake View Room are separated from the lobby, and the remaining premium rooms and functional areas such as restaurants, spas, and swimming pools are in another area, which require minibuses to shuttle back and forth. Fortunately, there are intercom headsets, and the response is quite fast. I didn't stay in Xiangzhuju due to maintenance. I stayed in the Lake View Room for one night (the bed was big and soft and very comfortable) and in Wangshanju for one night (the altitude is relatively high, the view is quiet and the air is good). Let's talk about the shortcomings. Hotels at this price should be high-end. The hardware is OK but the soft service is quite poor. First of all, there was no concierge at the door of the store, and I had to move my luggage by myself. The parking lot is not directly connected to the hotel, but there is an outdoor parking lot across the road. One hour before check-in, we were notified that there was a problem with the water pipe in the room and we might need to change rooms and wait for processing. When the wardrobe was opened, two screws broke at the joint. The screen window was not so smooth. The quality of breakfast was also average, not as good as the quality of the international chain five-star Crowne Plaza Sheraton. There were not many categories, and the staff were not so enthusiastic and professional. Fortunately, there was a butler Ben who helped to deal with and coordinate many problems. He added WeChat in advance to answer questions and communicate the itinerary, arranged the layout of the anniversary, assisted in booking restaurants, changing rooms and upgrading rooms, missing items and a series of other issues. It made people feel very comfortable and reassured. Without Ben, the whole experience can be said to be quite bad. I hope the hotel can put more effort into service training and start more for the guest experience instead of focusing only on results.
