優點：服務比較周到，大廳裏設定了很多烤紅薯、小圓子、可能需要的小玩意兒等，提供24h的小食送餐（雖然質量一般般），早餐可以提供到11點（雖然質量一般般）。可以看出是用心為客人着想的，也對得起這個價格。
缺點：停車場雖然挺大，但是和好幾家店共用的，停車非常凌亂而且車很多，不管深夜到還是白天到都比較難找車位。
讓人難以忍受的缺點：提出需求的前提下，給我的房間在2樓臨街，非常吵。而且在入住的十幾小時期間，衞生間一直有下水道反上來的那種臭味，很濃且持續，如果開着衞生間的門就會整個房間都是味兒。
建議還是先提供好最關鍵的酒店服務（例如房間設施、臨街窗户加厚、停車），再去提升其他的附加服務吧（大廳裏設定小食等等）。

很吵吵吵吵吵吵吵吵吵吵吵吵吵吵吵吵吵吵。單床房間長這樣，空間比較小，光線比較暗，我這個房間在道路邊上，巨幾把吵，路上車流量很大，白天幾乎有國道的車流量，晚上也衹有十一點之後車才少一些，晚上還有大媽跳廣場舞不過晚點就不跳了，吵到你根本睡不着覺，就是你在很多車子的路邊上拿手給耳朵罩起留點縫差不多聲音，窗户的封條跟擺設一樣，空調聲音也吵，轟轟的，我敢説這個房間裏面衹有廁所是正常的酒店的聲音。空間也悶，不知道為什麼在入住的時候沒有開窗户，一整個大悶罐，還有煙味。床和枕頭床鋪是正常酒店的配置，中規中矩，唯一的好評就是有枱燈和桌子，還有窗户的紗窗能夠拉過來。還有一些好評的就是酒店邊上的早餐店，一休生煎包，巨好吃我靠，有個麪館味道也不錯。但是入住的話還是算了吧，沒必要花一張紅票票來找罪受，我的評價是不如去人家自己開的民宿，雖然也有可能空調很吵，但是最起碼便宜幾塊錢吧，最起碼能睡着吧，就這樣吧！很糟糕的體驗，糟糕到我不想再回憶了！

AAnonymous UserThe staff will contact you in advance before going to the island and choose the time to buy the ferry ticket to the island. The boss knows that we have a lot of luggage and came to pick it up.
The room is clean and hygienic, the beach and the sea are outside the window, and the facilities are complete. The key is that the boss and staff are really attentive. The vase is full of flowers. It really faces the sea and the spring flowers are blooming.
Dinner can be booked in the evening, the small seafood is very fresh and tastes great. And the price is definitely a conscience price, there is no premium because it is eaten on the island.
The island is not big, but I really recommend everyone to stay on the island for one night, without rushing to catch the boat, you can enjoy a rare cleanliness and freedom. In the morning, watch the sunrise along the seaside plank road, fish in the morning, drink tea on the terrace in the afternoon, pick up seaweed in the evening, and swing on the favorite chopping board at the age of 20 or 30. It feels absolutely different from spending two hours on the island.
The boss also has a puppy named Huanhuan, very cute. But I was injured the day before. I hope everyone can enjoy the food and beauty of Hengshan Island, and can love animals and protect the environment.

I especially want to praise the butler Ben, who upgraded the room type considerately. He was meticulous and thoughtful from arrival to departure, arranged the scheduled sachet class and travel photography activities in advance, and recommended the surrounding niche routes for us. For example, Qiantong Ancient Town is a treasure attraction recommended by him.
The hotel environment is even more unique. The single-family villa has excellent privacy. The floor-to-ceiling windows face the bamboo sea. After taking a bath, you can see the bamboo sea on the terrace and feel the tranquility of the forest oxygen bar paradise. The toiletries are a full set of Guerlain series, which are fragrant and elegant.
The horse farm experience is an unexpected surprise. The professional coach Xiao Yuan patiently guides. The child fell in love with riding for the first time. He goes to the horse farm for training every day. He especially likes the docile Ula!
Overall, Ninghai Anlan combines luxury seclusion with natural wildness just right. The service team really achieves ”response to every request”. I will definitely visit Ninghai again next time!
