I arrived at the hotel in the evening, but the service couldn't keep up: 1. The pair of slippers I needed were not delivered for half an hour, and I had to call the front desk again to urge them. The front desk also asked you seriously, are there no slippers in the room? 2. The waiter brought people directly into the room to make repairs without the guest's consent, which was baffling. 3. 剛入住就發現床上用品有污穢，後面又發現衞生間有痰漬，雖然更換了床上用品，但是入住心情不好了，作為寧化最好的酒店，服務確實有待提高

大早上對講機的聲音竟然跑到我房間。反饋了半天，才姍姍來遲了個服務員笑嘻嘻的説去反饋下然後就沒有然後了。本來想遲點退房，一直那邊吵，10點就走了，受不了。就這服務意識，對得起這四星級的酒店服務嗎？
早餐極其簡陋，之前有反饋過一次衞生問題，這次還好。早上九點就沒啥吃的了，菜都是涼的。煮麪的區域直接下班了。比快捷酒店早餐時間還短。
