"The hotel corridor is equipped with purified water, which is very good; breakfast ends at 9:20, which is very early. The experience is very bad. First, we stayed for two days. On the first day, we only cleaned the bed and the bathroom, and the room was still a mess. Second, there was only one person at the front desk when checking out. He could take care of this end but not the other end. It has already shown that he was in a hurry. He was still waiting at the elevator to swipe the card for others to get on the elevator, and he went back and forth two or three times. It can only be understood that the leader wanted to get on the elevator and was busy serving the leader. Third, when checking out, the floor towel was found to be stained, and the deposit was deducted without asking the reason clearly. It turned out that the floor of the hotel bathroom was not cleaned before, and I don’t know what it was, and it was stained on the floor towel when it encountered water. The customer service staff is too unprofessional and there is no way to solve the problem. If there is a problem, it is the guest’s responsibility. They will only deduct the deposit and not find the reason from themselves. It is really not worthy of the star rating."
