Loved the location and stunning lake views! The coffee shop was a perfect spot. While check-in was a bit chaotic initially, the team sorted it out. The complimentary treats and breakfast were a fantastic bonus, and the room was modern, clean, and very comfy. A great experience overall.

The B&B's location is great, and the room design is very unique. The facilities are complete, and the breakfast and hygiene are also good. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out.

The hotel is located in a good location very near the lake. Room is clean and pleasant. Hotel staff service level is excellent. Unfortunately, our room WiFi didn't work thus rendering the TV redundant. It's a hardware fault so nothing could be done until the next day. They tried their best to resolve the issue though. We were given an upgrade to a bigger room with working WiFi and TV. But the heater was faulty and blower strength was weak. Instead of freezing overnight, we returned back to the original room. Overall this is a great hotel with wonderful staff.

The B&B has a fantastic location; you can park right at the entrance, and it's super close to the lakeside promenade. The owner is really nice and welcoming. They upgraded our room for free and even helped us with our luggage and took us to our car – their hospitality was almost embarrassingly good, haha! The room layout was beautiful too. Waking up to the sight of the clear blue Lugu Lake right outside our window, and sitting by the window with my partner enjoying the view, was just so peaceful. I absolutely loved this room, and I definitely want to stay longer next time!

The apartment was really cozy. I booked it on a whim without high expectations, but it totally exceeded them! The service was incredibly warm and helpful, with staff patiently explaining all the in-room facilities. Service: Superb! We arrived at 11 PM, well past check-in, but the housekeeper still prepared afternoon tea and a sweet late-night soup for us. When we checked out, I left my glasses behind, and a staff member walked several hundred meters to bring them to me. Thank you! Service: Free shuttle from the bus station is super convenient. The breakfast has a wide variety, and they even gave us brown sugar souvenirs when we left.

The room was spacious and clean. The environment was superb, right by the lake, and with a light drizzle, it felt like a traditional Chinese ink painting! It was off-peak season, so there weren't many people, which was nice! In the evening, I chatted with Dorjee, a Mosuo person at the front desk, in the courtyard and learned many interesting stories about the Mosuo culture.
