Fantastic stay, something that I really looked forward to and was happy to have stayed at. Location was great, right at waterfront. Fantastic service too. Only part that scared me were their lovely cats

I wasn't originally planning to stay at this hotel in Lugu Lake. The previous one didn't have adequate heating, so I quickly searched for another place on Trip.com, and to my surprise, I stumbled upon a real gem. The service was absolutely impeccable. The staff directly helped me transfer my luggage from the previous hotel, saving me a significant amount of time and making my trip incredibly smooth. Knowing I get cold easily, they turned on the heating for me while I was out, and returning to a warm room was genuinely heartwarming. What moved me even more was that a staff member, even after their shift ended late at night, was willing to help me dry my clothes. The next morning, they thoughtfully delivered breakfast to my room. After checking out, I realized I had left something in my room, and they promptly brought it to me. To receive this level of service at this price point, I honestly wanted to tip them. To every staff member who assisted me, you all worked so hard, and I'm truly grateful for such a wonderful stay. The room itself was also outstanding. The previous hotel, which was even more expensive, didn't have facilities as complete as this one. The value for money here is truly first-class; the heating is incredibly effective. I could wear just a T-shirt and shorts in the room at night and still feel perfectly warm. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a very reassuring stay. If any friends come to Lugu Lake in the future, I will undoubtedly recommend they stay here!

We stayed two nights at Lake Water Skyline. The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to nice restaurants nearby. We walked around the lake. Our room is nicely decorated and comfortable. The room has everything we needed. We had the loft room and our room faces the lake. It was peaceful and quiet and we could see the seagulls flying around the lake. The room has smart technology. The staff were very friendly and warm towards us. Breakfast was delicious too. Will stay here again if we have the chance.

Great location with a beautiful view from the window. The room is well-equipped, and the housekeeper is very nice.

Extremely close to the lake. The owner even picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station, which was incredibly thoughtful service. The lake view is so beautiful you could spend all day just watching it, haha. Breakfast was provided in the morning, and there was a 'goodnight sweet soup' in the evening.

Hygiene: Very clean. Facilities: The air conditioning worked great, and there was a humidifier and a washing machine, making for a very comfortable stay. Environment: Opening the curtains revealed Lugu Lake right outside – absolutely delightful. Service: We had two very heavy pieces of luggage, and the lady helped us carry them all the way to our room and then to the car. She was incredibly kind.

This hotel in Lugu Lake is an absolute gem, what an amazing experience! I was so pleasantly surprised by my stay here. The front desk staff were warm and incredibly thoughtful; they contacted me a week in advance, and upon arrival, they proactively helped with my luggage. After check-in, they escorted us to our room and kindly reminded us to turn on the humidifier at night and keep the AC temperature below 20 degrees. In the evening, there's a resident singer on the first floor with a wonderfully soothing voice, and you can order various drinks – it's so relaxing and comfortable. The breakfast selection is rich and fresh, and all the staff members have an excellent attitude. Plus, the complimentary sweet soup at night is fantastic, and the afternoon tea is also delicious. The room facilities are complete and very cozy, and the staff are always responsive and incredibly patient with any requests. Absolutely no regrets about any part of my stay. Next time I visit Lugu Lake, I'll definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and well-designed, but the best part was the stunning panoramic lake view! The owner was warm and attentive, making guests feel very comfortable. Plus, convenient parking in the back makes it very friendly for those traveling by car. It's a highly recommended guesthouse.

This guesthouse is absolutely amazing!!! 🤩 First, let's talk about the room itself. It's a Loft, so there's plenty of space, and all the amenities are brand new and smart. There's even a washing machine and a fridge. The lake view room is incredibly refreshing; the moment you open the window and see the lake, everything feels worth it! 😍 The guesthouse's first floor is a restaurant (for dining and coffee), which transforms into a small bar with live music in the evening (ending at 10 PM, so it's not noisy). Every corner is picturesque, and the attention to detail is remarkable. It's a must-visit for anyone who loves taking photos. The hostess is hands down the best I've met in years – such a lovely young lady! Before our arrival, she added me on WeChat to send the address and important notes. Upon arrival, she recommended sightseeing routes and attractions, helped us arrange a pig-trough boat tour (which was fantastic!), and even took photos for us right at the guesthouse entrance! 👍 Next time I visit Lugu Lake, I'm definitely staying here again!! 🥰

The environment is truly stunning, with a genuine lake view right outside the window. It's so beautiful, and in the evening, there's singing, which creates a wonderful ambiance. The room is incredibly well-equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and sterilizer, making it very convenient. As for the service, the staff (both male and female) are exceptionally nice. They offer travel tips, help with luggage, and even contacted us way in advance. When we were about to arrive, they were already waiting at the entrance. Every morning, they deliver breakfast to the room, and in the evening, there's a sweet nightcap. It's truly excellent. We even extended our stay by a day on our check-in day. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent value for money!!!! The service is superb, and the food is delicious! The staff were so kind. We were in a hurry in the morning, and they even packed us breakfast to go! Plus, there's afternoon tea and sweet soup in the evening!!! Definitely coming back again!!!!

Hotel pick-up/drop-off within 5km: The butler will contact you in advance to ask if you need a pick-up, which is very thoughtful. Trendy lake view afternoon tea: The lake view was great, but I didn't have time for the afternoon tea. However, they did provide a complimentary sweet soup for bedtime. The location is good, you can see the lake from the room. The weather was perfect when I went, Lugu Lake was beautiful. It was very pleasant to take a boat ride and feed the seagulls.

This was my second visit to Lugu Lake, and again I chose a lakeside room. Water Sky One Residence was absolutely worth every penny! The hotel's location, room setup, and service were all excellent. The room had massive floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning views of the azure Lugu Lake whether you were sitting or lying down. Enjoying afternoon tea or breakfast while looking out at Lugu Lake and Mount Gemu Goddess Peak was perfect for just sitting quietly, clearing your mind, doing nothing, and simply letting go.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Yunnan! Totally worth the price! Facilities: The whole room is equipped with XiaoDu smart home system, and the facilities are very comprehensive. There are shower slippers, disposable slippers, an insulated kettle, and even a disinfection cabinet. Most importantly, the room has an independent washing machine and a dedicated drying area, which is incredibly convenient for long-term travelers. Cleanliness: Very clean. When we checked in, we saw staff drying quilts. We used the bathtub, which came with a disposable tub liner, and also included roses and essential oil bath liquid. Environment: The room faces Lugu Lake directly, and we were stunned by the view as soon as we entered! Stepping out of the hotel, you're right by Lugu Lake, which is incredibly relaxing. There's a bar downstairs at night, but it's not noisy at all and closes early, so it doesn't affect your sleep. Service: All the staff are very nice. The front desk attendant is a handsome and a bit shy young man who was very responsive to all our requests. Everyone was super friendly. We couldn't make it for breakfast in the dining area, so they even packed it for us to take away. There's also a complimentary goodnight sweet soup and afternoon tea – it's all in the details. They even offer pickup and drop-off service to the bus station. The only minor complaint is that the comb quality wasn't great 😂 couldn't even last through one shampooing. 😀
