As always, the room's view was excellent, and I was very satisfied with the upgraded semi-mountain sea view room. Their butler service is very good, especially Duzhi, Lamei, Yangsen, and Danzhu, who are always responsive to any questions. They made our trip to Lugu Lake very smooth and enjoyable!"

"The room wasn't as new as it looked in the pictures, but overall it was still quite good. The view outside the window was absolutely stunning, and falling asleep to the sound of the water when no one else was around was wonderful. The butler, Zhima, provided excellent service! They offered honey grapefruit tea and tremella soup, and breakfast was very hearty! Plus, there was a shuttle bus service, so I didn't have to carry my own luggage, which was a huge plus! Lugu Lake is such a peaceful place, I'd definitely go back if I get the chance."

"Upon arrival, a porter immediately helped with our luggage, and check-in was very quick. Next to the restaurant, there's a replica of a grandmother's house, which creates a wonderful ambiance. Our butler, Kevin, informed us about the hotel's activities and arranged a welcome gift for our child. The room was well-equipped and thoughtfully laid out. There are plenty of activities, it's a great place."

"This has to be one of the best B&B-style hotels I've ever stayed in. It's built halfway up the mountain, offering fantastic views directly over Lugu Lake, and Puluo Pier is just a short walk down. The parking lot is down a slope, which can be a bit tricky to drive up, but the staff are incredibly proactive and enthusiastic. They helped me with my car and luggage to the parking lot and even assisted with parking. Although breakfast is a set menu, it's quite varied, including small bowls of rice noodles, fruit, milk/soy milk, corn/sweet potatoes, porridge, and more. The one-on-one butler service is also quite good. I recently stayed at another B&B that cost over 2000 yuan a night, but its service and environment were far inferior compared to this one. It definitely exceeded my expectations."
