"The room wasn't as new as it looked in the pictures, but overall it was still quite good. The view outside the window was absolutely stunning, and falling asleep to the sound of the water when no one else was around was wonderful. The butler, Zhima, provided excellent service! They offered honey grapefruit tea and tremella soup, and breakfast was very hearty! Plus, there was a shuttle bus service, so I didn't have to carry my own luggage, which was a huge plus! Lugu Lake is such a peaceful place, I'd definitely go back if I get the chance."

As always, the room's view was excellent, and I was very satisfied with the upgraded semi-mountain sea view room. Their butler service is very good, especially Duzhi, Lamei, Yangsen, and Danzhu, who are always responsive to any questions. They made our trip to Lugu Lake very smooth and enjoyable!"

"Lugu Lake is arguably my most frequently visited tourist destination, and I make time to stay there for a few days every year during holidays. I usually stay in Daluoshui, but this time I wanted a change, and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is right by the roadside, but you can see the lake right from the window. The hotel is quite new, with full voice-controlled smart features, and the bedding was very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff were also very helpful. The hotel has its own restaurant where you can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The lake is just a three- to five-minute walk from the hotel, offering beautiful sunsets in the evening and sunrises in the morning. There's a garden between the lake and the hotel area, perfect for a stroll after dinner. There's also a small pier, making it convenient to take a boat tour on the lake. I've heard it's even more beautiful in the summer when the seaweed flowers bloom, and I look forward to seeing them next time I stay."

"What truly leaves an impression when staying at a hotel is the human connection. The two young men here were incredibly enthusiastic and friendly, constantly busy helping every guest, always accommodating, and provided thoughtful care. Since we didn't drive, we relied on them to take us to Daluoshui Pier, and they were always quick to respond. The night before we left, the driver we booked suddenly canceled (!!avoid this driver at all costs!!), leaving us without transport. It was A-Long who helped us find a driver late at night. It wasn't part of his job, but he was simply willing to do whatever he could to help us resolve the issue. Luckily, he managed to contact someone, ensuring we had a smooth journey back. A huge thank you to him! The hotel's facilities are excellent, clean, and tidy. There's a road outside the hotel, with the lake just across it. The windows are soundproof, so it didn't affect our sleep at all. Overall, highly recommended!"

"Five-star praise, strongly recommend this homestay. From the beginning of booking, the housekeeper Chuyi added WeChat and kept in touch, and there was also a pick-up service. After arriving at the store, Chuyi upgraded our room type for free, directly to a loft, with two-meter beds on both the upper and lower floors, so comfortable! The lake view is right when you open the curtains, absolutely first-line, plus the window frame, it is as beautiful as a painting. The whole house is smart, super worry-free, smart toilet, projection, very modern. Although the breakfast is simple, the taste is very online, and the fried rice noodles are simply too delicious! The most outstanding thing is that they can also help us take photos of the starry sky and take us to see the stars. The starry sky of Lugu Lake is amazing! "We experienced a power outage and a few minor issues during check-in, but Ms. Zhuoma, one of the staff members, communicated and handled everything promptly. She even thoughtfully offered a freshly brewed rock sugar pear soup to my friend who had a sore throat. The lake view is beautiful, and the humidifier running all night made a noticeable difference in reducing the dryness indoors. I highly recommend staying here! My only suggestion would be to offer at least one non-spicy dish for breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience!"

First off, the hotel's public areas are incredibly well-designed, blending ethnic characteristics seamlessly with the breathtaking scenery of Lugu Lake, creating a multi-layered and harmonious feel. Secondly, the staff's service awareness is exceptional. From the moment you arrive and park to checking in, there's always someone to assist and accompany you. They even set up a multi-person concierge group for each guest, making them incredibly responsive to any questions or needs you might have while in the scenic area. Thirdly, the hotel's dining is also excellent. The breakfast presentation and taste are both superb. If you arrive early, I highly recommend trying the hotel's afternoon tea and coffee – enjoying a cup while taking in the beautiful views is absolutely delightful. Finally, the hotel's infrastructure is top-notch. The hot water in the bathroom is instant and the water pressure is strong, making for a truly refreshing shower. To have such facilities in a scenic area like this is truly a rare find."

"## Environment: The hotel is located on the back of Goddess Mountain. It's a 15-minute drive to Goddess Mountain, 20 minutes to Daloshui Village, and 35 minutes to Puluo Pier, all without traffic. It's very quiet, but there are no restaurants nearby. It's best suited for self-driving tourists. ## Service: The restaurant service was quite subpar, easily the worst I've experienced in a 5-star hotel, and not even as good as other Indigo properties. The staff just stood around and were not at all proactive. I even saw a server put a teabag with its paper tag still on directly into the teapot. The teacups weren't cleaned properly and still had tea stains. The food taste was decent. Apart from the restaurant, all other services were excellent. ## Room: The room was very small, the bed was 1.2 meters, and the toothbrush shed bristles a bit. I was torn between this Indigo and the neighboring Lanyue, and I somewhat regret choosing Indigo. The views at Lanyue are better, though Lanyue is a bit more expensive."
