這是我第四次來灰湯職療温泉酒店了，因為第一印象就很不錯，服務員很熱情又很耐心，我最看中的是衞生環境，房間給人非常舒適安逸，床很舒服，小孩晚上睡得很香，小孩子和我家裡人都愛泡温泉，睡得好玩的好才是一個有品質的愉快的週末。對了，這裏的早餐是我住過的酒店最豐盛的。

一般每年都會來，這次來體驗感真的很差，首先温泉設施很多都壞了也沒修，池子裏的水也很臟，沒有以前的好印象了，然後房間我以為貴100的湖景和山景有什麼不一樣，不一樣的就是，特別特別遠在房頂蓋上能看到一個湖，1100多價格也不便宜了，最重要的是一夜都沒睡好，隔音非常差，隔壁那個房間不知道幾個人，鬧到凌晨差不多1點50左右，在陽台上，房間大聲喊叫，拖凳子，我12點打了前台一個電話，沒有解決問題，我衹好忍着，直到1點30仍舊吵的無法入睡，我又打了第二個電話，這是酒店才説去説一下，這是我第一次對酒店做出這麼差的評價，真的有花錢找罪受的感覺，我來温泉就是想舒服的玩一玩，休息的，搞的睡都睡不好，累死了
