I obviously booked a family room, but there was only one pair of slippers and one toothbrush in it. The hygiene was very poor, the quilt was a bit yellow, the cups were also bad, and the toilet was dirty. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Facilities: I really can’t complain. There is no decoration near the window of the room, and you can clearly see the foam cotton. And the air conditioner is old and very noisy. Everything else is OK.
