The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, providing us with detailed check-in guides and surrounding news. The room service was excellent, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and the waiters not only were kind when dining in the restaurant, but also recommended local food for us, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful taste buds trip. GGuest UserIt was my first time to come to Tongcheng Hot Springs and I felt very comfortable staying here. I have been to so many hot spring hotels and still think this one is really great. The best thing here is that the service level is really considerate and comparable to that of peers. This time, my friend was not feeling well, and Xiao Wen at the front desk helped prepare brown sugar ginger water and delivered it directly to our room. I was very hungry after taking a hot spring bath at night, so the takeaway I ordered was delivered to my room.
We were helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out, and we were asked if we needed a late check-out. The whole stay experience was really good.
The hotel breakfast is also good, with a wide variety, especially the rice noodles are delicious.
Although the room is decorated in a retro style, the bed is big and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the hot spring, on the first floor of the building where we live, so it's no problem even if the weather is cold.
We will definitely stay here next time we visit!

As soon as we step into the hotel lobby, we can feel its elegant decoration style and warm and thoughtful service. The front desk staff are friendly and the check-in process is efficient and fast, making you feel warm.
The rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are comfortable and soft, and the sound insulation effect is very good, making it comfortable to sleep at night. The facilities in the room are smart and convenient throughout the house. They are tidy and clean, making people feel happy.
We are quite satisfied with our accommodation experience at Kaixing Supreme Garden Hotel this time. We give it a thumbs up both in terms of service and facilities.
