A very well-located hotel in the city center, with a rather original decor (perhaps a little dated...) and very decent service.
It could use a dedicated, free private parking lot. The room amenities are fairly basic, but for a short stay, they're more than adequate.
If we return to Niort, we won't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel locate in a good place There are plenty of restoraunts, shopping stores and interesting points. The team is very nice and polite. The room is small but enogh. Breakfast is very basic.. not a large veriaty.

While we were a little nervous about the somewhat shabby area around this small, quiet hotel, we were quite happy to enter and find an immaculately clean, modernized facility. The parking area, while not a garage, fell safe and secure. The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, the common areas fresh and modern and the room so clean and sparkling! Absolutely the only reason I had to take off a star was because the mattress really could use replacing. It felt old and I could feel the springs. But, especially considering the very low price, I would definitely stay here again.

5/5 for the breakfast lady. Ar the beginning I thought she was a bit too loud for my breakfast, as I was not awake yet, but she is definitively the star of the reception-breakfast area. Lovely, genuinely friendly, superactive, so positive, smiling, she is great. She made my day. The room is also great, but the people is what makes you like a place really, isn't it?

Hôtel simple avec Très bon accueil et chaleureux par Wanda qui nous a bien conseillé sur les lieux à V découvrir. Agréable petit déjeuner en terrasse avec grand choix à disposition. Ménage des chambres fait par Sandra nickel . Séjour étape parfait.
