The Originals Boutique Hôtel la Grange Niort

We stayed in this hotel for one night as a stopover on our travels north. The hotel was comfortable but the overall feeling was of it being dark. The corridors are grey/black and so makes it feel quite sombre. The room was comfortable and a reasonable size. The bathroom was large, with a bath that should take two!! There is a shower above the bath, but no shower screen, so makes showering without flooding a bit of a challenge. There is an exterior swimming pool which was good, but cold!! Despite advertising that they had a restaurant, there wasn't one when we stayed there, and had to go searching for a meal. Breakfast was good, with a good selection of food. Overall it was adequate to good

OK for a stop-over The lighting in the room was limited, and the corridors were dark, giving an overall depressing feature. Despite advertising a restaurant, there was wasnt one for eveing meals!! Breakfast however was good.

Fabulous hotel just off the autoroute and perfect for a stop over. Friendly and helpful staff. Good bar and pool area but closed after 8pm so weren’t able to enjoy them. Also breakfast not served until 8am which was too late for us as travelling early.

We were a larger group and the reception was very cordial. The bar opened up for a few drinks and an overall excellent time was had. No effort too much for the friendly and helpful staff. Super clean rooms, spacey bathroom and comfy beds. One could not wish for more.

Arrived late, left early...the receptions was nice and warm. The Hotel is ideally located for such a short stay. The restaurant was closed, but we were guided to a nice place nearby...worked well. Rooms are really clean, nice, well climatized and calm. Parking is nearby and secure. Access to hotel through secure codes work well and leave a good impression of security.

Very short stay but lovely little place. The breakfast was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a pool and bar which we didn't get to use but it looked great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Gym hotel and staff was good but I was expecting more than one equipment in gym.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It is hidden away in a tranquil, somewhat rural setting that is peaceful and quiet. The room was on the small side but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was very nice with a good variety of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only slight negative is that there are no nearby restaurants so it is necessary to drive. This is a place we would definitely stay again.

Good hotel with clean rooms a very good service and a place to park your car safely. Not far from Niort station. It depends where you're going but as for me the hotel was close to all sites I needed to visit.
