Awesome Hotel, breakfast is very good, with meat, vegetables and sweets, very nutritious. Big, clean rooms. Workers are very helpful.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived 3 hours early prior to my check-in time. The staff offered to hold my luggage in a locked secure room behind the check-in desk. I received my luggage when I check-in, nothing was missing, all secure. The free breakfast was fantastic, with lots of food to choose from. The dining area is clean and roomy to hold many customers.

Clean & nice room. Good location. Helpful staffs. The restaurant and breakfast is fantastic.

The lady at the reception was tough, unfriendly and simply unprofessional. The bed was very hard, so sleeping was out of the question.

The hotel is in a very good location, just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town of Nis and the pedestrian street. The hotel room is clean and the breakfast is good. It is a hotel worth staying in

The room is very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, in the core city area. The King's Square is less than 100 meters away. The castle and the pedestrian street are all in this area. The front desk service attitude is very good. The hotel parking lot is charged, and parking on the side street is free.

It's a pity that I didn't go to Nis and didn't check out. Please comment for points.
