The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big and the bed was sooooo good!! It also has a nice view!

They have a long long way to go before they can call themselves hoteliers.The shower room was a disaster. The TV was not working properly. The toilet flush would not fill again once you have flushed. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very very basic cooking

Location is at end of the city and roads are very bad. They have pool but not allowed to swim. They say "seasonal" it's June already, so which season is that? They think that they have gym but it's basically junkyard. I don't recommend to stay here.

En blandet oplevelse Det var en blandet oplevelse. Noget personale var rigtigt hjælpesomt, men andre var ikke særlig søde. Restaurant var nærmest altid tom, men der stod 2-3 tjenere og kigge på at vi spiste morgenmad. Maden var generelt ikke så spændende, men kunne spises. Poolen var fin og der er en flot udsigt over byen/dalen fra hotellet.

Da wir in Ljubljana nicht landen konnten, brachte uns unser Flieger zurück nach Nis. Air Serbia organisierte das Hotel für uns und so sind wir hier gelandet. Wir sind erst nach 23h angereist und haben sogar noch was zu essen bekommen, das hat zwar katastrophal geschmeckt, aber immerhin sind alle Mitarbeiter für uns länger geblieben. Das Personal generell ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war einfach, altmodisch, das Bett bequem. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass das Frühstück von 6-7h serviert wird, da wir um 7h vom Hotel mit dem Taxi abgeholt wurden, waren wir bereits um 6.15h beim Frühstück und sind extra trotz wenig Schlaf früher aufgestanden. Wir wurden wieder weggeschickt und es hieß wir sind zu früh und sollten in 20 Minuten, also um 6.35h wieder kommen. Warum sagt der Rezeptionist, Frühstück von 6-7h? Das war etwas nervig!
