This ski-in/ski-out hotel offers decent value for money, but parking is a major inconvenience. You have to walk quite a distance to the outdoor parking lot, and there's no one to clear the snow off your car, which is really impractical.

The room was pretty good, and overall, I had a great experience. This trip to Niseko, a renowned ski destination with many luxury hotels, was a perfect end to my vacation. I stayed in the hotel's Deluxe Panorama Room, and it was an excellent experience overall.

Fabulous rooms, breakfast and convenient ski valet. If you like the slopes in the village side it is a great choice. Best if you have a car as it is slightly far away from any shops or restaurants. There are shuttles to take you to Hirafu though. The reception and overall staff service is a little mixed. A few staff members we met were friendly and helpful while there were staff very blunt and not helpful. So depends on your luck. The onsen area is very small for this hotel level and no outdoor onsen either. Little disappointed. Also the amenities in the onsen area are super limited.

Very family friendly and value for money. Only thing is it’s a bit far from the ski area.

Overall, it was a good experience. I booked a two-bedroom suite, and for Niseko, the size and amenities offered excellent value for money. Most hotels in Japan have small rooms, so while villas and apartments might be larger, this size was just right for a smaller group. The only hassle was that if you don't book consecutive nights in advance, extending your stay means having to change rooms constantly. Unlike hotels in my home country, it's not as convenient to simply extend your stay in the same room, perhaps due to limited room availability. 😡

The room facilities were alright. The service wasn't particularly proactive. Couldn't see Mount Yotei for a few days due to heavy snowfall. 😂
