Best Hotels in Niseko, Japan

Service is the worst among all Hilton hotels i visited. Not enough staff and most of them are either inexperienced or not trained! An experienced ones are not welcoming at all and just talking among themselves on the concierge desk. Shuttle bus also delayed and not showed up according to the schedule provided. Room is old and TV channels are all domestic ones only. Restaurants don’t have proper wine menu and staff have no knowledge about wine /sake. Good thing is the location, next to ski slopes and niseko village.

Next to the ski lift, easy to go out and go in at your own pace. Bit crowded during day time after 10 am. It helps a lot with a locker provided for each guest to keep the equipment. The room was spacious and comfortable, perhaps the hotel to improve on the timing for room cleaning service, especially for guests staying more than a week and expecting the room to be clean when we are out. The hotel has its own mini-mart, which help you to get some junk food and accessory for skier/snowboarder - a bit pricey but it's expected in the Niseko area anyway. The other downside is the hotel location is far from other convenience stores and restaurants (affordable where u can easily access in Hirafu) so it makes you book a room with breakfast and dinner.

We stayed at the penthouse in 4 bedroom for 3 nights. The facilities and interior of the room were good and the view from the room was great. However, I felt the low hospitality that I couldn't think of as a luxury hotel everywhere. There is no smile at all, and I don't feel the desire to stand from the customer's point of view and spend more comfortably. However, it feels like the management is imposing the original rules and doing business. It corresponds to the guest who pays nearly 300,000 per night and stays continuously in a sense like a business hotel. I felt that there was no problem with the instructions of the seniors and the management policy of the management company itself, not only the problem on the site. I'm very sorry because the facilities are good. First of all, when I arrived, there was no sign of helping me unload my luggage from the car, and I was surprised at the attitude of watching in front of me. We dropped off all the luggage by ourselves in the car ２. There is no help at check-out. Although it is the highest suite, room cleaning is minimal as in other rooms, and the tableware used is not washed at all. I stayed at the penthouse in skye niseko several times last season, but the level of service and the flexibility were considerably better than the cherry blossoms. Anyway, it was not flexible, and there was a disappointing response of 々, but I omit it. I hope that the hotel will reconsider well and be worth the price and improve it to a heartfelt service.

I stayed in a plan with two meals, breakfast and dinner, in a larger room than usual. Originally the building of the hotel was quite old, but the room was well cleaned and I didn't feel uncomfortable. However, the bath and toilet in the room are a small unit bath, so it was a little difficult to use. For dinner, we didn't use high-end ingredients, but the adult meal was very delicious as it was properly prepared. However, it was disappointing that children's meals seemed to be ready-made frozen foods such as American dogs, hamburgers, and omelets. Since it's an affiliated inn of Bikkuri Donkey, I wanted something as delicious as a hamburger. The breakfast was extremely satisfying with a tremendous number of items and volume. I think it's worth staying just to eat this breakfast. Needless to say, the hot spring is a natural hot spring without any heating and water disinfection, and the open-air bath is also the best because it is managed at an appropriate temperature. This time, there were few visitors for a day trip, so I was able to enjoy it in a chartered state. From now on, I want you to continue to do business as it is now.

My husband and I are highly disappointed with Park Hyatt Niseko. We prepaid and booked a stay for March 2023. We subsequently had a conflict with our dates and contacted Hyatt app via the chat function in January 2023 to check if we can cancel or see alternative options. We were told by the agent that we could cancel and receive a full refund of over $2,000, so we went ahead and cancelled and kept screenshots of this conversation. We also called the hotel to confirm and were again told that we will be issued a refund. However, several months later we have not received the refund. We have worked with our credit card company to resolve this, but they were told by the hotel that no refund will be issued as the cancellation occurred within the 60 day window. Yet we have documented proof from Hyatt that told us in writing that we would be issued a full refund. Otherwise we would not have canceled and made alternative arrangements. We are very disappointed by your hotel, and consider this extremely dishonest, deceiving and not al all representative of a reputable and professional hotel brand.

This Onsen hotel is 100 points full points perfect. Attention to detail in every single way. Great location, 5mins drive from Annupuri ski resort. Hotel has the amazing forest view, offer free parking. Hotel is shoes free, all guests will require to take off shoes when enter hotel. All staff are friendly and helpful. They will make 100% effort. Hotel offered ski lesson and rental very convenient. Hotel has outdoor public bath and spa treatment. Free lounge has wine, champagne, tea, juice and snacks to guests. The set breakfast and hotel dinner is world class quality. Hotel rooms are very spacious! Noted room will supply plenty of bottle of water and some snack for guests. I can't wait to come back and stay longer for next time! Will recommended to anyone and everyone! Konbu Onsen your service really touch my heart. We are very grateful to stay in such wonderful hotel. Love this hotel from the moment I stepped in, gorgeous ambience, great service at reception! Room is expensive for one person stay but worth every penny. Regardless how long your stay is, one room entitled to one time free usage of private onsen (after that is charged) for 45mins. There is free public onsen beside it. Yoga classes are available for sign up for fee. Ski shop Rhythm and Afuri ramen looks great but I didn’t get a chance to visit. Ski storage available but not practical esp for those who rent, as you need to carry the heavy equipment back and forth from ski base to hotel (10min up-downhill walk or take free shuttle). Apt style hotel is well equipped with fridge, microwave, sink, washing machine-dryer, dishwashing machine. Breakfast is great! Toilet and room is spacious and bed is good. I would return!!! Best recommended for families esp those with mix interest besides ski/snowboard. Near to street side restaurants, Lawson is across.

Yvonne and colleagues were all very cheerful and always ready to offer assistance. Very clean and great scent throughout the ground floor and check in lobby. Free ride up to Gondola saved us energy climbing all the way up. Much appreciated for the complimentary upgrade to bedroom suite with city view. As the first stop of our honeymoon trip, my wife and I were delighted and already missing the restful experience!

Scenary beyond description of Mt Youtei from bathtub and balcony(barbecu aea) !!!

I highly recommend this cabin. The price is reasonable and the environment is quiet. I imagine it would be a great time if I came out to sunbathe in the snow. The cabin is very beautiful and worth the price. The bosses are very kind. My experience is not that good. When you arrive in Japan at night, there are no taxis and the boss will have a hard time picking you up, so be prepared! Highly recommended!
