The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a five-minute walk from Koshien Station. Right next door is the Corowa Shopping Mall, making trips to the supermarket and Muji incredibly convenient. Kidszania and Lalaport are also a short distance away, perfect for family outings. Additionally, the buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring a great start to the day. Highly recommend!

The sanitation is bad, there are bugs in the room, and the ventilation system in the bathroom is broken.

Reached earlier than 3pm and the service to drop off luggage was easy and smooth. Room is a bit old and dated but clean. Breakfast menu was limited. Location is good as I was bringing my daughter to kidzania which was just a short comfortable walk away.

The room is very big! It’s only a 5-minute walk from Koshien subway station! There is an AEON mall next to it, very convenient! The breakfast is also good, with good value for money! The staff's English is not very good. Please pay attention to whether you have booked the West Wing, which is a segregated building.

It was a clean and beautiful hotel, and I was able to stay there with peace of mind. This time I stayed in a twin room by myself, so it may have been spacious. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance to stay near Koshien Stadium.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the rooms are big, and the front desk is friendly and courteous. The hotel has its own paid private parking lot, which is convenient for parking. It is suitable for a family to travel by car. The hotel has a wide variety of breakfasts, and I am overall satisfied.

The room is spacious and close to the station. Although it is a little old, it is the best value for money. The good points of breakfast are the variety of items, it starts at 6:30, there are many salads and other dishes, desserts, fruits, homemade tofu, etc. However, some of the side dishes are disappointing, such as white rice and strong-tasting commercial-style side dishes. The breakfast at Hewitt in Naha was delicious, so if you have high expectations, the taste is secondary. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The West Wing has a large room and is new and highly recommended. It is very close to Hanshin Station and there are department stores and supermarkets nearby!

The hotel was the best value for money, but the front desk staff was unreliable. I booked a twin room, but only received one card key, and when I called the front desk to inquire, I couldn't get through, so I started to worry that I was being ignored. (I later asked the front desk and received an additional key.) I was only given a breakfast voucher for one night, so I had to ask the front desk for one. The breakfast menu was extensive and good. The cleaning staff were nicer than the front desk staff.
