Stayed one night for the onsen. Our room includes international dinner and international breakfast. We like it. Will stay again. Opposite the hotel there is 7-11 and a small shopping street. There are two large public bath separate for men and women. 2pm to 3am B1 floor for men and B2 floor for women. 4am to 9.30am B1 floor for women and B2 floor for men.

The air-con is not adjustable and too hot and too dry for stay. The breakfast is not tasted good, but dinner is ok.

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the hotel's onsen. It was expansive, offering a variety of hot spring options to choose from. The hotel claims to feature the largest outdoor onsen pool - while I can't verify that claim, it is certainly the largest I’ve experienced to date. The buffet restaurant was also impressive, both in size and in the range of dishes available.

Great hotel and wonderful rooms perfect location bus stop just outside cable car to the bear Park. Great on very authentic amazing buffet.

There are many pools in the onsen and it is very nice.

Large onsen with many pools and huge outdoor onsen area. Within walking distance to Hells valley. Some shops in front at walking street. Buffer dinner and breakfast was decent with many choices.

Very good onsen resort hotel. Onsen is very good quality and there are many kind of bath here. Onsen separate into two floors B1 and B2, both are good but B2 is more scenic so don’t miss it. Food is also good and recommend to include dinner buffet to your meal. Staff is so kind. The room is a bit small but it is good to stay in Japanese style room, feels relax while sleeping on futon.
I am really recommend this hotel and would come back again if I have a chance to stay in Noboribetsu.
