"A truly wonderful experience. The suite is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and welcoming, with a gorgeous bathtub that makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, right in the center of Noci, convenient for getting around on foot. A special mention goes to Roberta, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. We had a small problem during the night and were locked out; even though it was around 1:00 a.m., she immediately made herself available to help us and resolve the issue, which is far from a given. You can clearly sense the attention and care they put into welcoming their guests. We felt cared for and pampered from start to finish. A highly recommended stay, I would definitely stay again."

"There are beautiful places, and then there are places where, upon arrival, you immediately feel like you've made the right choice. This Relais and its suite definitely belong to the latter category. We had a truly special stay, in an elegant, well-maintained setting that conveys a pleasant sense of tranquility. The spaces are spacious, bright, and tastefully furnished, with a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. Every detail seems to have been carefully chosen, and nothing is left to chance. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the suite offers everything you could possibly need for a few days of true relaxation. What we particularly appreciated was the atmosphere: refined but never cold, intimate and welcoming, so much so that you immediately feel at ease. Breakfast certainly deserves special mention, one of the most enjoyable moments of the day. You can immediately sense the quality and care in the selection of products: homemade jams, truly delicious cakes, fresh pastries, and many carefully prepared options. Not your typical standard hotel breakfast, but something genuine and refined, conveying the feeling of things prepared with passion. Starting the day like this, calmly and with products of this quality, is truly a small luxury. And then there's the view, probably one of the things we'll remember the most. Waking up in the morning and enjoying such a beautiful panorama makes every day even more special and perfectly completes the experience. Overall, we found great attention to guests, attention to detail, and the attention to detail that often makes the difference between a good stay and a memorable one. We left feeling like we'd discovered an authentic, elegant, and well-kept place, where it's truly easy to disconnect from everyday life and enjoy a few days of tranquility. An experience we recommend without hesitation, and a place we'd definitely love to return to."

"This place is simply stunning. It's like an oasis. The staff is friendly and helpful, it's clean, the flowers smell wonderful, and the room and bathroom are perfectly warm. The blankets are soft and the pillows are generous. The breakfast is delicious. We were also offered dinner at the hotel restaurant. The taste and presentation were superb. No need to go anywhere else. We really want to come back."

"My wife and I spent 5 nights at Le Bianche. It was a lovely experience. The hosts Silvano and Antonella, together with their son, Gianmarco and his family are genuine warm people who went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. Breakfast was delicious, always based on some local speciality using locally sourced ingredients, not to mention the home-made cakes made by Antonella herself. The patio and the pool area are beautiful. The location turned out to be an excellent one for us to explore the Apulia region with so many incredible places to visit."
