Ibis Budget Marne la Vallée Noisy le Grand

I have been to the Ibis chain several times but I think this time will be the last. Used for one night before Disneyland Paris and one at the end. I don't compare it with Disney hotels because the cost is so different but... Room with the third bed in a removable wardrobe which when pulled out did not allow any movement in the room (I booked a triple room) Deposits required for anything even for the hairdryer. Finished soap in shower. Third bed not made (given the space I understand why) Damp beds. If it weren't for being a 5 minute walk from the RER there would be no reason for anyone to go there..

Really rude staff member Some of the staff were really rude to us. They promised air condition, but one staff member kept explaining that there was not such thing. She got really mad to me. With other staff member we got air condition working for the whole hotel since it was disabled remotely. Also we were promised a free breakfast, but the rude staff member kept saying there was no such thing.. only for one of our family member. I showed the reservation to the nicer staff member and he said ok to free breakfast. I really did not understand why one of the staff members were really rude to us. She did not bother figure out things... just said no. Never again.

Good area close to RER A train and shopping center . Helpfully staff. Quickly chek-in and check out

Tiny room, I know we were a family of four but even so.. the kids beds were both pull down in cupboards (1 in the bedroom, 1 in the "lounge"?) there's nowhere to put anything else. The bathroom was pathetic, i'm only 5'10" but I had to crouch down to get under the shower. The curtain rail for it was loose.It was all too small and very tired. Air con didn't work, very hot room even in october, could open windows but we were right above the main entrance with people smoking and chatting most of the night right outside. Towels were small, stained and rough as old boots. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast was pretty good. Location - as others have said, seems a bit of a dodgy area, first night we came out of the station the wrong side and felt very nervy. Top tip, come out of the station towards 'Arcades' and go through the mall.
