The entire residential complex only has one storage room for a maximum of 6 e-bikes. So all that remains is protected parking in the bike room. This can only be reached via a steep and long ramp/stairs. In most cases, impossible and dangerous for an elder

This apartment had a balcony, but without a sea view like the apartment we actually booked, but there is a rehabilitation clinic opposite and correspondingly loud. The blind in the bathroom is disgusting, as is the runner under the table in the kitchen. T

Shower old and grout lines unsightly. Carpeting around bedroom and living room not clean. Light in bedroom didn't work. Has been repaired. Seat cushions for the balcony were behind the couch. Window dirty. Valve on the radiator in the bedroom is very diff

The apartment is in need of renovation. We took over the apartment in a very unclean condition. After a complaint this was not much better.

The apartment is in bad condition. The refrigerator door does not close properly. All fittings are worn and past their best. The shower has been amateurishly patched with cable ties. In this condition, the apartment is not recommended.
